We had the BEST TIME at this fantastic Lakeside house in Valatie!  The house itself has 3 good bedrooms – 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom and tub.  The downstairs has the other cute bedroom, another full bathroom,  a good sized kitchen open to a great and large living and dining area. The VIEW from the main room is stunning and was our ‘TV’ for the week.  The lake is just gorgeous!  It has a little dock with kayaks and plenty of nice seating and lounge chairs.  It’s great to have a full grass lawn !  The pups loved the house and the yard and the lake!  The house was super clean and roomy but cozy in it’s feel.  So many great little towns nearby – it was just the perfect house to get away from the city!  The community was chill, even tho it was Memorial Day weekend.  Thanks to Michael who was super responsive (not that we needed anything!) but if we had a question. Etc.  Thank you Michael ! We hope to be back for another visit !!!  

If your looking for a nice farm home, quiet getaway this is the place to go. Had the chance to talk with Paul & the property has a lot of years of dedication and hard work to it. He was one of the most friendly & joyful Airbnb hosts we have stayed at thus far. Was perfect for me and my workers while we worked in Lee and while it was on a dead end, it was only a few Minute drive to the stores and gas stations. Thanks again

Martina’s cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic lighting, large space and, unbelievable views.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Mitchell was very responsive and communication was easy. The house is near butternut and GB. Hopefully we will come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's place. As many others have said, the surroundings are even more beautiful in person. There is another rental unit right across the yard, which we didn't realize, but ultimately we found it nice knowing there were other people around. The kitchen and bathroom(s) were notably gorgeous and comfortable - though we didn't cook, I've never seen a better stocked kitchen in terms of cooking tools at an Airbnb. A spacious and peaceful retreat.

Our party of four adults and two small kids really enjoyed our weekend in this unique and tastefully renovated former barn. The linens, bedding, and towels were all top quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the place was comfortable and spotless. The location is super private and quiet, surrounded by nature and farmland, including an on-site stream and sheep (that's not a typo). A great spot to stay for a visit to the northern Berkshires - Mt. Greylock and Mass MoCA are very nearby. Our visit was on a frigid winter weekend with a ton of snow and outside temps in the 20s, yet our indoor temps were toasty and very comfortable, especially with the wood stove.

It was a rainy weekend, so it was especially nice that there was a pool table, a fuzeball table, and lots of places in the house to hang out together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the shared space was large and inviting. We enjoyed making meals together in the open kitchen. And the neighbor was so picturesque! We loved staying next door to the horses and donkeys, and taking walks on your beautiful farm-filled road. Thanks so much for making our stay such a special weekend. We all hope to ba back again! Had a wonderful time at Granite ledge. Absolutely beautiful backyard. Very peaceful and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Robert was an excellent host. Proactively reached out with help to find the home, and a whole host of recommendations. Great space, very private, and had everything you could need.

I spent a week at Fouz and Chris's place with my family (8 adults, a toddler and two dogs) and we had very relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet, private area and a short distance from places of interest for hikes, restaurants, museums, historical sites, etc. We received great recommendations from the hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect distance from family and friends. Would highly recommend this place.

The Eco Cottage was a perfect, tiny gem tucked away in the middle of the beautiful green woods. It was so private, peaceful, and serene. It truly felt like my own little retreat and since I was there to go on a retreat, this was the perfect place to lay my head at night. I loved walking the trails and wow, the pool, which looked so inviting (even if it was a bit too chilly to use this time!). Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hosts checked in regularly but gave me my privacy. I really enjoyed my stay SO MUCH and will absolutely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

Had a beautiful stay and would 100% return and tell friends about it. Cute and cozy stay, lovely little town and beautiful views.

The house was beautiful and very family friendly. They greeted us with milk, orange juice and a carton of eggs in the fridge. They even had a selection of beer testers for my husband to try. We had an issue with the pool heater not turning on and both host were very helpful and responsive. I loved the hand drawn map guide they made me when I could not locate something ! They even got someone out there that same evening. Especially on Memorial Day weekend I was impressed on how quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody and will go back if I’m ever in the area again.

A lovely break from the city - which is exactly what we wanted. Our dog loved it too. The barn is spacious and well appointed and the grounds are perfectly maintained.

This was a bit of a last minute decision to come to the Berkshires and I was grateful that Tiffany could accommodate some quick changes. The house is just as described--lots of space, nice setting, pool table was fun (and cool in the basement), and I appreciated that our two dogs could be included. Even though the house is in NY, it is not far from the hiking trails and museums. We would like to come back--a lot more to see and do in this area.

Lisa’s place was wonderful, and I highly recommend it. She was very responsive to questions, and I appreciated the helpful notes around the house. The space was thoughtfully made dog-friendly, with couch covers that kept things worry-free. The garden was beautiful, and the property offered great outdoor spaces—a back deck, a front grill with seating, and a creekside trail (not fully cleared, but enjoyable). My dog and I loved it. We stayed on the top floor and loved the airy living room with high ceilings and skylights. Lisa’s nature-inspired decor on the desk and fireplace mantle added charm. The bedroom was spacious, and the extra-large bed was incredibly comfortable. The house having three bathrooms was a nice bonus.

We were in town for a wedding with 7 people in our group (6 adults and 1 child). The home was spacious and everyone had a place to sleep. It was very clean and had lots of amenities as described. I wish we could have stayed longer as we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beautiful back yard but we felt right at home for the 2 days we were there. Elise was super responsive and helpful from the time we booked all the way until checkout. I would definitely recommend staying at Elise’s lovely home.

The Hygge House was a lovely spot to spend my birthday weekend with my family and friends. We took advantage of so many close-by activities. But the highlights were at the house itself - paddling the canoe and kayak through the water, outdoor dinner, and s’mores at the fire pit. Jessica was also so easy to communicate with and super accommodating during a personal emergency we experienced. We loved our stay and would love to come back again soon.

This was a great weekend getaway for two of us. The apartment is pristine and private. It was a great base camp for outings in the Berkshires. Stockbridge is just one mile away up the road and has tons of cute shops and restaurants.

The space is luxurious and stunning even more beautiful than the photos, so thoughtfully designed and really helped us feel at home at once. Matt and Sarah were so helpful whenever we had any questions. We had such a relaxing stay and feel so grateful to have been able to enjoy the space!

The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay!
