I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! Charming place, to be enjoyed at any time of the day and evening. The view of the valley and the well-kept garden are honey for the eyes, and there is always a cool breeze. Lots of entertainment including swimming pool, basketball court, soccer and ping pong and lots of books to browse, some written by Lorena herself. Cool room thanks to the air conditioning, everything very comfortable and kitchen really supplied and clean! We felt pampered thanks also to the gifts of the hosts! Great attention to detail, a place rich in art and history... and convenient for any excursion both in nature, to the sea and to the main towns of cultural interest. Highly recommended

I stayed at this property on the weekend of the motogp. The house is very clean and tidy, and is a stone's throw from the station, a strategic point to reach Misano. The host Luca was really nice and helpful with the check-in time. In addition, he allowed us to leave the car in the private underground parking even after check-out to allow us to leave the car with luggage safely until the end of the race. Super recommended both host and apartment.

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

Family week with a 10-month-old baby. Apartment on the second floor in a very central position,a cross street of Viale Ceccarini, despite this we had no problems in the rest bands. Great spaces and very comfortable for the child. We were provided with a crib and high chair. Very satisfied!

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. There are terrace balconies on three sides which is really flexible for comfort as well as things like drying swim suits etc. The three bikes in the garage are very useful. The kitchen is very user friendly and the shops nearby means self catering is fun rather than a chore. It is well positioned for the beach and public transport links. Highly recommended, the hosts are very friendly and helpful too.

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.
