Monthly Rentals in Riau Islands

We had an amazing two days on the island! The location is stunning. We took a ferry from Singapore, drove 90 minutes and then a small boat to the island. The tents are great. The fans helped a lot with heat and we had no issue with the solar power. Shower was refreshing. We spent a lot of the weekend reading. It was so quiet, just us and the birds. I appreciated the net over the water. We borrowed snorkels and a kayak to explore the water and other islands. We are quite selective eaters and I am gluten-free, so that caused some challenges. I suggest asking for an overview of meals if you are also selective before arriving - host is very responsive in communication and wants to ensure you are enjoying the experience. Bed was comfortable - I loved sleeping with all the windows open and watching the ocean. Overall, a really relaxing weekend away in a stunning location. I suggest going soon before the rest of the tents are finished and occupied!

Michel and Amy's place is one of a kind! It really embodies what they wrote on their bio, "simplicity and the real luxury is time with fresh air." The whole experience is something that leaves a wonderful memory for me. The room is clean and feels homey, the beach hut is awesome with breathtaking open sea view, the cafe they run is amazing, and the food, oohlala 🤌 Everything they do is simply art. I will definitely go back!!! 🤍

Great Location, Stunning View, and Super Convenient! I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the unit is amazing—perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. It’s very easy to get a Grab car from the location, which made exploring Batam super convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, which is perfect if you’re coming from Singapore. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!
