My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

An absolutely lovely house, couldn't fault it. We had 3 couples staying and it was more than large enough to accommodate us all. Also great to have a bathroom each. It is in a great location, being an easy walk to both the shops and the pier. Lovely and quiet. Excellent communication from the hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Beautiful home, super clean, spacious and comfortable. Stayed in winter so did not get to use the pool but pool and back yard were lovely and beautifully maintained. Lots of room for a long weekend with large family group. Easy and prompt communication with hosts. Great place - would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, plenty of dishes and cutlery. The host - Rosemary was very helpful and proactive with our queries. Property has a good sized pool for hot days. Overall, a good holiday home!

Downstairs is luxurious and spacious. Upstairs has expansive views and water glimpses. Upstairs bathrooms a bit dated, but very functional. A great setup for our party of 8 across 3 generations

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a younger family to stay. The property is in a quiet, out-of-the-way location and has everything you need. The toys were great to keep pur little ine occupied and daved us csrting a bunch from home. The house is close to the main streets in Cowes and was a reasonable drove to all other tourist areas on the island.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

We had an amazing long weekend getaway with friends at Matt’s place! The property was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. One of the big bonuses for us was that pets were allowed, which made the trip even more special. Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout, answering all our questions promptly. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

The location is beautiful, with incredible views of the ocean from all windows in the dining and living room. We were grateful to be able to share our holiday with our dog. Anne's communication was great and helpful. Stock on basic amenities was low and which we provided feedback of, seemed like an accidental oversight. It's in a great tucked away location on the island, right by the beach. We enjoyed the peace & quiet. There's a nice cafe, fish & chip shop and lovely new playground all walking distance. It got quite chilly while we were there but with all the heaters and fireplace on we were fine. Would recommend.

We highly recommend Tracey’s beautiful accommodation! The house is absolutely stunning – spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a large group or a couple of families. It was even better in person than in the photos, which was a lovely surprise! The location is ideal, close to all the best attractions Phillip Island has to offer. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and more, and it provided the perfect space for our group to relax and enjoy our time together. Tracey was a fantastic host – responsive, welcoming, and truly made our stay special. Sarah's home is just...awesome! Stylish, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room for the seven of us, inside and outside. The fireplace and fire pit were greatly appreciated and so was the turn table with great records (it gave us the opportunity to pay an homage to Brian Wilson). Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the beach, 900m from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Really a great find, one of the best Airbnb I stayed in, I definitely recommend Sarah's Casa Malese.

This place was perfect to accomodate the four of us, spacious and with comfortable furniture in the bedrooms and living room. It was lovely to have meals out on the balcony and space for kids to run around in the backyard. It is a very close drive to get to nice beaches and attractions. Thanks for having us, highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. Easy to check in. Fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice Nespresso machine. Heated flooring for toilet. Smeg kettle and knives. Includes Netflix on tv! Backyard has a nice lemon tree filled with lemons. Overall a beautiful place.

Had a really lovely stay here, definitely wish it was for more than two nights. Only 7 minute drive to Cowes main town with plenty to do on the island. Our absolute favourite thing was the view & spa. Was sadly no cow’s though like photos When we did arrive, there was a very unpleasant smell which I can only assume was septic tank. We had to air out of the whole house so eventually did go away, but maybe that needs be looked into. Couches are a bit outdated and house could have also done with a portable speaker. Other than that though, was really lovely & would definitely take the family there again ☺️

The view was absolutely amazing. The house was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries.
