Tiny house holiday rentals in Rhode Island

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

We had a great stay in Narragansett. The home was exactly as described and worked well for our small family. The home was cozy and clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We would certainly come back.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Greg's place last weekend despite some inclement weather. It got chilly at night so it's good that the unit has 2 very good heating and AC units that kept us cozy. Love the location right near Potters Pond and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Restaurant is right across the road and many others are a short drive away. The place is nice. Bathroom shower tub is quite cramped for a 6' guy like me, but manageable. Kitchen has plenty of supplies. We were impressed at how every shelf is labelled for good organization. Definitely would come back!

Danielle is a fantastic host with a beautiful home. Within minutes of settling into the Lilypad we were already making plans to return. The views were excellent, water taxi service was convenient, the boat was in terrific shape, and we felt right at home.

My husband and I loved our long weekend at Jessica’s place. It was very comfortable inside and out. We loved being right on the water and enjoyed the fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the evening. You are close to several great beaches. We are familiar with the area and being a two minute walk to Matunuck Oyster House is a definite bonus!

Great stay, great location, beautiful views, and walkable to downtown and all the local restaurants!

My husband and I typically head north of our location or to the cape for our getaways. This year we decided to try a new spot (booked last minute… few weeks out!) and we are so glad we found this amazing cottage!!! Newport did not disappoint, this “home away from home” felt just like that! Amazing gardens, clean and welcoming. We visited only for a long weekend, but could sense in just a few days that this is a hidden gem, location is prefect and loved the overall vibe! We hope to visit again next year! Thank you!

Beautifully decorated and clean. Everything was there for a comfortable and cost stay.

It’s a lovely place. I loved the birdfeeder right outside where I could watch lots of birds. Kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided honey from their hives. Although it’s too cold right now (December), there’s a lovely veranda in teh back that would be perfect for morning coffee

We had a idyllic stay! The Airbnb was new, pristine, and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Everything was as pictured and described. Located in a private, quiet and serene area. A quick and easy walk to Mansion beach. Kelly and Peter were lovely quick to answer any questions and make recommendations. They were very kind and helpful. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful flora of the island. Watching the stars at night was wonderful and a true delight. It was our first time to Block Island and we can't wait to come back. We would not hesitate to stay here again! It was a magical time.

What a quaint lovely little cottage. The pictures don’t do it justice it is so peaceful on the water and perfect space for relaxing and getting cozy. Alaina was very helpful with the heat and instructions and was easy to checkin/out and find the house. We only wish it wasn’t raining most of our time but we were still able to enjoy the fire and sit outside a bit. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful vacation at Jordan and Whitney’s adorable cottage. It was very clean, had everything I needed , the neighbors were very friendly. I loved every minute staying here. I lived in RI my whole life, and now visit during the summer. I would stay here again. My messages were also answered promptly. Thank you Jordan and Whitney

Great host and location. Was in town for the Newport Marathon and to visit a friend in Providence. Location was great and so was the cottage! Highly recommend staying here

Very cute tiny home! Comfy bed! Nice lil bathroom. And very clean!! Host was very prompt and answered any questions we had. Also left lil Treats for us which was very nice! 20 minutes to Thames and close to an awesome brewery/greenhouse

Lovely place for our family of 4. The kids loved the loft, an adventure on its own. It was peaceful and perfect distance to Newport. We loved that we could walk to a few restaurants in Middletown, especially in the morning for coffee and a breakfast.

This was our second time staying at the “sand castle” and we had another great stay!

I stayed here for a weakened with my little family of 4 plus my fur baby. We had a great time at this cabin . Nice change from the city. The place was clean , cozy and the host Estelle was super sweet. We will be returning next year for sure.

Bela is a very friendly, thoughtful and gracious host. She quickly responded to all our communications and very kindly accommodated our requests. Bela has beautifully renovated and decorated her historic home. Every inch has been thoughtfully transformed to be both functional and beautiful. Bela's home is fantastically located--right next door to a wonderful cafe/restaurant and just down the street from all the local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Bela and her beautiful home to everyone!!

My husband and I were visiting North Kingstown to see some family, and Kerri’s place was a great place to accommodate us.

The tiny house was clearly tiny. Great for a quick overnight!
