Love the area and being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Home was exactly as expected and had everything we needed for a weekend get away.

Reina’s place was exactly what we needed! Convenient, clean, very comfy bed. Will stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay at Beach Haven. I knew as soon as I arrived that it was a special place where the owners took great pride in their home and really cared about making their guests comfortable and feeling right at home. It was 5 stars in all aspects, beautifully decorated, super clean and carefully thought out regarding the stocked kitchen and pantry, bathroom essentials, and more. The close proximity to the beach and pond for kayaking made it a memorable stay for my family. We definitely would love to return to Beach Haven when visiting Charleston again!

We traveled up from Florida to visit family in RI & MA for Thanksgiving and stayed in the lake house. After a very long drive, it was so lovely checking in to a bright, clean, peaceful house. Everything is brand new and well appointed. Jolene was so responsive on the week leading up, flexible with our arrival time and had great local recommendations. After we arrived she stopped by with flowers to welcome us. We lived in Rhode Island for 40 years and I had never been to that area of the state before! While it feels like a peaceful retreat, the little village center is about 2 miles away and has grocery, cvs, Dunkins, and a brewery among other things. We also drove a few minutes further to one of the oldest country stores in America. The fire pit was fun for the kids to make s’mores and we enjoyed playing all of the games every night. It was a great Airbnb stay and we will definitely be back again to enjoy it in the warmer weather!

We enjoyed a magical week at 70 Chappell Rd. From the moment we stepped on the grounds we were surrounded by a peaceful, welcoming feeling. The house is extremely well appointed for a week of outdoor activity from paddle boarding to kayaking to biking. Plenty of beach chairs and towels for a day at the beach… just everything you would need . The house is clean, beautifully updated and well organized. Pam was very friendly and responsive in her communications and clear about her expectations for the care of her property. Any time we had a question, we could find the answer in the house handbook that she provided. We had an incredible week and were so happy with our experience. Thank you Pam!

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Our stay at Palmer Cottage was delightful. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the cottage was exactly what we needed…..the views were spectacular and the cottage was the perfect size for the two of us. We will return often!

Perfect stay! The location was private, beautiful and safe and also close by to Oceanside restaurants. The house was perfect for my husband, toddler and infant with lots of room to run around outside. Waking up every morning to coffee with a sunrise over the pond and the fireplace on was heaven. Thank you for the magic memories!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. It is bright and airy and has everything you need. Location is near main road to get you quickly into Newport and the beaches. But it is very quiet and you would never know you are near a main road.

Plenty of rooms... great space inside and out! Was worried the 2 AC units in two of the bedrooms wouldn't be enough but it was fine with blinds closed and fans running. Place was clean and roomy and perfect for our group of 4. Twin beds not the most comfortable but larger beds & couches were good. The pots and pans could use updating but had plenty of Tupperware for food storage. Top of the line grill was great too. Would definitely stay again as it was close to everything we enjoy in the area! Loved the beach pass to S. Kingstown Town Beach too... nice quiet beach!

Sara's place had everything we needed and more. The location was quiet and peaceful while the house itself was comfortable and filled with modern appliances/tech (double oven convection range, large fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, big screen TV, washer/dryer). There were enough towels for the two of us, but more would be needed for a larger group - also, they could've used a freshening up. We didn't try to get to the neighborhood beach but it seems a like a short walk away - I'm sure Sara would've helped us navigate there had we asked but posted instructions would also be helpful. Overall a great place and a great host.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Convenient location, nice fenced in yard and walkable neighborhood for our dog, and great air conditioning and water pressure for after the beach. It's student housing during the off season, so don't expect much in the way of decoration. But the result is a place that's functional, easy to clean, and has good common and private spaces.

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

A beautiful home with so much charm! Incredibly clean, well-maintained, very spacious, and well-equipped/stocked. Beyond our expectations. Very large backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Wish our stay was longer so we could have enjoyed the home and amenities even more! Indoors and outdoors were wonderful, from the gazebo to the gorgeous kitchen. The decorations are so charming and really make the place feel comfortable and unique. Host was really communicative and clear/transparent. Highly recommend if you need to stay in the area! About 25min ride to Point Judith if you're going to Block Island.

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

Fabulous location for URI and beach activities. Great space that was very comfortable for three couples. Host was super responsive and quickly addressed our questions and issues. Would use again for sure.

My group of five loved our stay! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Temma was super kind and quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. Location was convenient (~20min drive to newport) and there was plenty to do and see around. The secluded neighborhood beach is a quick walk away!

Great location; made the most of our rainy week with lots to do nearby: restaurants, shopping, site seeing (suggest Judith Point Lighthouse and Ninigret Park to see art wooden sculptures). Only note that the dock water area is at the end of the street and not in back yard. Great amenities and comfortable. Host was helpful and kind.

Our family of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 young children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Shady Harbor house. it is tucked into a quiet spot in the small, friendly community, with large grassy grounds and surrounding woods. it is in a perfect location for all that the area has to offer. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the private beach at Weekapaug is very beautiful and uncrowded. It can be accessed by paddling across the lovely "Quonnie" Pond by kayak or canoe (thoughtfully left for renters' use), or by a short drive. There are many things in the house, like a stock of condiments in the kitchen, and books and board games, that were appreciated. Hot water is plentiful! Noelle is a friendly, responsive host, and there was a coffee cake waiting for us on arrival. I could write a lot more about our enjoyment of this house. However, we fully expect to return, and I would like to think that it will be still available when we go to book it!

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!
