Loft holiday rentals in Rhode Island

This is a great loft condo one block from the water and docks. Lovely sunsts. Across from a green childrens park the owners actually designed and built for the community. They are there in a few munutes if there are any minor issues. We loved our stay in Warren next to cafes and testaurants. A walking town with beautiful restored post colonial houses and gadens. The owners are artists and there is high quality art and design throughout. We will be renting at Allson's again next summer!

The unit was beautiful. A bit difficult to find given the area. The unit was clean, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed being able to park the car and walk to popular spots.

This was our third time staying with Maria and this property is just perfect for a couple. View of the ocean with morning coffee at your table on the porch. Very clean and comfortable for watching TV before retiring to a nice bed and linens for a quiet night’s sleep. Short walk down to the sea wall and the pier to watch the waves. Easy drive to the beach and good restaurants. Already looking forward to our next stay.

We had the best time at our stay at Arnie's. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our needs and actually felt bigger than the pictures. Very comfortable. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Thank you, Arnie (and Duke) for making our stay very relaxing, feeling very welcome and everything we wanted.

Excellent stay right on a fun block of bars and restaurants and walkable to everything. Clean, modern, and exactly as described. Great communication throughout. Pay close attention to her directions on how to access - a little tricky at first but once you figure it out it’s very easy. Thanks Grit!

this was a great, spacious loft. Nice bedrooms, great kitchen and Living area. Very convenient location. The neighborhood was good and walkable to thames and the waterfront.

We enjoyed our stay (family of three). Host was very helpful, and her instructions were clear. Very quiet street. Not quite walking distance to Brown main campus, but a short drive. Plenty of parking on street. Two small 3-4-inch step elevation changes within space - need to pay attention, especially in the dark, or you may trip.

Honestly, this place was exquisite. Stayed for a week and had everything we were looking for. Private entrance, easy parking, location and every single amenity at hand. Very high-end and luxurious. We referred to it as our tiny apartment. Hosts/atmosphere were great and will be booking here on the next visit. Already referred to family. Side note: the architecture/design is stunning.

If you're staying in Providence, look no further than this charming apartment on a lovely street within walking distance of one of the best bakery/coffee shops in the city. This is a really cool top-floor space of an old house with a super layout, nice amenities and plenty of room. It was spotless and easy to access, and a great deal compared to nearby hotel rates. It lacks a complete kitchen, but who needs to cook when you're surrounded by great restaurants? Indian, Asian and Italian options abound. Parking is at a premium on the street, and the hosts have only one parking pass, so bring a single car if you can. The hosts also left us chocolates and a bottle of wine -- lovely! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the city.

Jennifer and her team make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. It’s easy to find, easy to access, and beautifully appointed. We appreciated the location which was less than a mile from shopping, restaurants, museums, and parks. What a great place to call home for a short time, and we’re looking forward to another visit soon.

We enjoyed our 12 night stay at Allison's place. Warren is a historic and contemporary small town with great restaurants, good coffee, old architecture, and galleries. Worth a visit and Allison's place is right in the center.
