This place was perfect for a group, as there are two living rooms to hangout in as well as a lovely yard with a grill. Close proximity to all Newport has to offer was also a plus!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

We had a wonderful stay, it was pristine throughout, with stylish seaside themed fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings. It truly felt like home from home, spacious enough for six adults. The table football was an extra big hit as we spent quite a lot of time in the house due to the not so favourable weather! There was a lovely organic grocery shop 5 minutes drive There were lots of great restaurants inNewport. Our host, Case was very receptive to any queries raised and happy to recommend places to visit.

We had the best time staying at Joseph’s property! The host was responsive, and so easy to work with. This house is absolutely stunning and spotless. Definitely would recommend it to anyone!!!

You will love This location on the lake. Outdoor spaces are just amazing. Our kids loved the lake-beach aspect on the shore, kayaks and swimming. Air conditioning worked well. Obviously newly renovated, new kitchen and flooring, entertainment area. Little things like every home, leaky faucets etc, but no deal breakers. Neighborhood was quiet. Permanent resident Houses close on either side, but friendly, quiet, still felt private for our family week. Would come again!

Three by the Sea was a great choice our group trip to Middletown/Newport. The size of the home, the number of bedrooms and type of beds, two full bathrooms and the kitchen suited our needs well. The location was perfect for the event we were attending and also its proximity to the beaches and downtown Newport. The neighborhood was overall pretty quiet.

My wife, daughters, daughter-in-law, and my wife’s family who came could not praise your home enough. Very clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable!! They loved it. Thank you for everything. Had an AMAZING stay at Joe's to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Graduation plus a vacation all in one! The house was spotlessly clean and roomy enough for 8 adults to eat at the dining table. We especially LOVED the beautiful backyard which was a great backdrop for family photos had something for all the generations in our group to enjoy - from birdwatching to fire pit and frisbee. As a bonus the location couldn't be better with a quick walk to tons of food, shopping, and some after dinner ice cream. To top it all off, Joe was wonderfully communicative and flexible with making our stay the best. The whole family agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect size for our bachelorette party. Lot's of rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and had lots of great amenities - the pictures dont even do it justice. The house is on a huge lot of land with lots of privacy and close to downtown Newport. It was super close to the winery's, we were able to bike over with your group one day. Thanks for everything!

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.

Our stay exceeded all expectations, offering an abundance of activities from darts and basketball to evening bonfires and volleyball. Joseph was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this destination to anyone seeking the perfect getaway. ​​​​​​​

Brooke was amazing! My friends and I just needed a last minute place to stay after driving all day and this was perfect! The key pad wasn’t working and Brooke was responsive and helpful! Even offered us a later check out since we arrived at almost midnight!

Olga was a wonderful host - very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. We easily walked to the beach, nearby restaurants, and coffee shops, and accessed the Cliff Walk. We ventured into Newport via a quick Uber ride. Great location and stay!

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyable, clean, and spacious home with lots of extra amenities I typically don’t find in other rentals. Kitchen was really well stocked. We absolutely loved our stay and everything about the place. Also very responsive host with easy and clear communications. I highly recommend this exceptional home!

Shael is a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The private pool is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it! There were plenty of towels and even some inflatable pool toys in the backyard shed. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and gadget imaginable. Beds were very comfortable.

I came here for my bachelorette and we all loved it here! It was so cute and the yard is beautiful. Megan was beyond lovely! let us check in early and leave later if we wanted. I would definitely come back here in the future. also only a 10 minute walk down to go look at the ocean! highly recommend :)

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

Liliane is a great host. Easy to work with and we really enjoyed the house. Our favorite thing was great backyard for grilling swimming and enjoying the sunshine.

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!
