Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rhode Island

A bit of a walk from Brown, however close enough for us. It was a nice place—really pretty and cosy. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful too—definitely recommended!

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Graham's place. It was my second time staying there and I was happy to return—it's a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped unit in a nice part of Providence. Graham is a gracious and kind host who is quick to respond to any questions. We hope to have the chance to stay here again.

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

George’s place was nice for getting some work done and was in walking distance of both the training sessions I had to attend this week, and a variety of dining options. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want a quiet spot that right in the middle of things.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location. Right where you want to be in downtown Newport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious living room. We really enjoyed it .

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Bre was a great host. Several of us were traveling to Providence for my son’s graduation. We were a large group and had an 18 month old with us too. Her home was comfortable, meticulously cared for, and she provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our family time together, cook regularly, and sit down to eat together. It felt like we are at home. She is detail oriented and her home has many great touches. The home is kid friendly with plenty of toddler toys and books. When traveling to the area again, I will always remember our stay fondly and look to stay here if available. Thanks Bre!

The house is great- very nice size and quality. Very close to the water and a bunch of restaurants. The area feels really safe and was quiet as well. Eileen was very nice & responsive to our questions re: Fan and Wifi, etc. Would stay again!

If I could have given more stars, I would have. The conditions were like in a luxury hotel. Karen and her husband are very warm and direct people. It was easy to find the place, communication was smooth and if we needed something special, they were happy to help. The most memorable stay of our vacation ❤️ We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

Clean home came as pictured and described. As previously noted, more kitchen items (utensils, coffee cups, etc) would be helpful but not a major problem. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well as house were clean. Easy transit to Boston, providence, Newport and the cape. Ha was immediately responsive to questions or messages.

This property was in a perfect location for our family to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of space and it felt like home. Peter and Leslie were great hosts.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Island Breeze was a dream come true. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was just as beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even my nine-year-old grandson gave it a top rating! We will definitely return to Island Breeze as we visit our family in Rhode Island.
