The apartment has a separate entrance and was newly renovated in 2019. The floors are tiled throughout, and the shower is level. The terrace door leads to a small outdoor seating area in the garden. The house is located on Tüllinger Berg with views over Lörrach. Parking is possible along the street.

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away.
