Apartment holiday rentals in Murcia

We love this area. Had a fabulous holiday there with our family. The house was exceptional. Just what we needed for 5 adults. The down stairs room was well equipped with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, tv, air conditioning and spacious place. The main house has a spacious living area with plenty of seating, table and chairs, tv, fan and air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped, microwave, fridge freezer, cups etc... The outside area is a lovely place to sit, there is a cupboard outside with umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... Pool area is clean and safe. 15-20 mins walk to a number of beaches. Will definitely book again.

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. Jose Luis fue muy amable, y se mostró muy colaborador con el tema de los horarios de llegada y salida. La casa está impecable, y además él tiene el detalle de dejar una compra básica que facilita mucho la llegada. Todo fenomenal

The most Beautiful apartment. Even more lovely than the photos. The home itself is perfect, had everything we needed and more. The terrace is glorious, but the solarium, is just wow. The most spectacular views, and so well equipped for comfort. The local area is peaceful and welcoming. Rodas bar is a minutes walk and has great coffee, great food and a great vibe. Campbell restaurant and bar nearby, the food was fantastic. Walkable to Roda Golf resort, walkable to the local town, supermarkets and beach. Such a perfect apartment, we will be back! And we would highly recommend. As a host, Sylvia was more than amazing. So responsive and so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

Zona tranquila,acogedora y muy muy bonita,Apartamento limpio y muy acogedor me senti como en mi casa muy comoda. Antonio atento dandonos ideas de donde poder ir sitios para ver y donde comer. Resumiendo la zona una pasada,la estancia fenomenal y Antonio un 10 me quedaria corta

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Nos hemos venido encantados en la estancia de Marion, ha sido encantadora y atenta desde el principio. El piso está ubicado a 10-15min en coche de las playas más tranquilas y naturales que puedas conseguir por la zona, con la marina o playa el rebollo. También esta a 5min en coche de varios supermercados y restaurantes cosa que se agradece bastante. En el piso, la zona de la azotea está maravillosa, excelente para hacer una barbacoa y ver el atardecer. Zona muy tranquila 👏🏻

super agradable la estancia en la casa de José , la casa es mucho más bonita en persona que en fotografías está todo muy limpio , mucho menaje de cocina , todo muy limpio toallas y sabanas limpias nos encantó la vivienda y el trato recibido la zona muy tranquila y muy bien ubicada , nos sentimos como en casa recomiendo 100% el apartamento de José

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

El apartamento cumplía con todas nuestras necesidades y con las aportadas por el anuncio. Araceli fue encantadora, amable y atenta incluso tuvo el detalle de guardarnos un sitio en la misma calle para poder aparcar. Recomendado 100%.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

What a fantastic apartment Edvin has , brilliant location, superbly equipped, quality of crockery etc was excellent. Lay out of the apartment was perfect for our group of 4 golfers but would also suit 2 families easily Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home John

Loistava sijainti. Kaunis ja moderni asunto. Huoneistossa oli kaikki mukavuudet ja lisäksi vauvalle löytyi uimarengas ja hiekkaleluja. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ja palaamme varmasti uudestaan!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooi appartement met heerlijk dakterras. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en goede kwaliteit. Locatie is top. Op loopafstand van strand en restaurants. Fijne en goede service van Jacek. Gascilinder van de bbq was leeg en werd dezelfde dag vervangen.

Wir haben uns aufenblicklich wie zu Hause gefühlt, das Apartment war sogar schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Roberto war äußerst freundlich und es der Check-In sowie der Check-Out funktionierten unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Minka verlief einwandfrei und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch für unser Kind gab es einiges an Spielzeug, was als Ergänzug zu dem Spielzeug, dass wir selber mitgenommen haben perfekt gepasst hat. Wir haben Minkas Unterkunft mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge verlassen und hoffen, dass wir hier einmal einen weiteren Aufenthalt verbringen können.

Beautiful apartment with nice amenities! Very nice with the heated pool for the colder months. Jurgita was very helpful and nice, she made everything easy and always replied right away. Top stay!

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Will definitely book again in the future

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️
