Holiday rentals with breakfast in Murcia

We had a lovely stay at Cristina's house! We used the garden and swimming pool a lot and the beach is very close. Also the airco in the room was very nice. We got a lot of tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication with Cristina and her brother was very good and we received answers very quick.

Great place to stay. Really peaceful neighborhood and lots of good restaurants nearby. There is also a big supermarket where you can get everything you need. Great house with all the utensils, towels, etc. You can sunbathe on the rooftop and BBQ some meat downstairs. There is also a shared pool and parking space. Neighbors were friendly and their dogs too, so not sure why people complain in the comments. Host is very responsive and gave us clear instructions. The beach is in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. So if you want to chill in the quiet place with all the good stuff nearby I highly suggest.

Ana was an amazing host. We were greeted with a warm welcome and was always available to answer our questions. His kindness made us feel at home, the place was comfortable and had everything needed. The only thing to improve would be the heat upstairs, especially during the evenings. Thank you very much ana!

Very quiet accommodation less than a 10 minute drive to a beautiful beach. The host left a bunch of towels, bed sheets, coffee Etc and also has wi-fi Very good communication and flexibility. Some little detail to improve but most importantly the value for money has been outstanding We'll be back for sure.

We were very comfortable, a spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, the hostess was very attentive, and a very well connected apartment, also easy access to the downtown area, with restaurants and shops, we loved it!!!

Great stay, the apartment was very nice, very nice, clean and tidy, it was nice to stay there. In a very quiet area, without much noise despite going to the parties of Murcia, but very close to the center, a few minutes walk to museums, bars, restaurants and squares. Maria was very kind in our communication, we were delighted, we would repeat again.

Everything was very good, clean, tidy, cared for, we felt right at home, in case of coming back we will definitely repeat.

Great stay, beautiful and very bright apartment! We were very well hosted. The location is a little far away to find the “coast” (25/30 min drive out of summer season). Nevertheless we have the beach, the pool and a small supermarket just down the building! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tom’s apartment. It was a great space and well equipped for families with young children. The keyholder was particularly great with sorting out any problems and easy to get hold of. The aircon was an issue for the first few days but the keyholder managed to get it fixed quickly so it was no longer a problem! Would definitely recommend to others.

Other than being comfortable, Juana's house is beautiful. We had everything we needed in the apartment, perfect for a quiet and family vacation. Juana is a very helpful and kind host. She always looked out for us, even left us a beach bag with umbrella and towels, she is a 10! The location is fine, 15 min walk from the historic center. Having a garage is a plus, which made a difference for us to have more flexibility and comfort with our plans. We would repeat!

The stay was very pleasant, the house was perfectly conditioned, with all kinds of details, and amenities, even with improvements. Perfect accommodation to disconnect and relax. Downtown Letur is a 5-minute walk away and the start of many routes. The breakfasts are delicious. Very attentive and pleasant, both Cecilia and her husband. We'll be back for sure

Arianna and Stefano are a very peaceful retired Italian couple and the three cats also live in harmony in this beautiful house with Thai decor. Arianna devotes herself to the art of macramé and creates great works beautifully used throughout the house. The breakfasts are hearty and we chose to share the evening meal at their table: sometimes Spanish, Thai, Italian, they were tasty discoveries and that for 10 € / pers. Thank you to them for this relaxing stay that made us travel well beyond the magnificent places we discovered far from the crowds...

Finca La Manchica, hosted by the wonderful Benny and Andy, is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. It's evident that the hosts take great pride in keeping the property in top condition. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Breakfasts were delightful, with a variety of options to start the day right. However, the real star was the evening meals—an absolute must if you stay here. Andy is an exceptional cook, and every dish was prepared with care and bursting with flavor. While the location is quite remote, this only adds to the charm of Finca La Manchica. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots, this is the perfect place. It's an ideal retreat for anyone needing a break.

A lovely place and an outstanding host, the house was in good condition and the surrounding was very green! I enjoyed every detail if this place! There is a breakfast and dinner option - it was v tasty! And not to forget her dog well-behaved and kind. 5/5

Susan's B&B is a great place to stay. I esp. loved the fresh fruit salad Susan made every morning. Make sure to pay a visit to the "Cueva del Aqua" which is right around the corner of the B&B. Even if you don't dive it is worth a visit. We took a swim and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for everything, Susan, esp. putting up with Buddy.
