Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Murcia

I stayed in Murcia for a month and had a very good stay in the apartment. It had everything I needed such as a kitchen stuff and a washing machine. The apartment is also located nicely halfway between the city center and the university campus (which are easily reachable by the main tram line which stops close by) and there is a supermarket around the corner. The only small thing which could be improved is the WiFi which was a bit slowish and the signal strength is a bit low. Finally Jose and kids have been very kind in picking me up at the busstation and are quick in responding when you need some further information. So I can definitely recommend this!

Everything went completely well

The location is very close to the beach, the apartment is suitable for that price, it has all the equipment of a normal floor.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for the amenities in the apartment we rented from you. The apartment has everything you need that makes it very easy to stay in it. Thank you very much for the capsules for washing, because we did not have any and with children it is impossible not to wash. (the only wish is that you buy a dryer for things because one rope on the balcony is very small) Thank you again, we wish you good tenants.

The apartment is really pleasant and comfortable

Everything was good, easy to park, a quiet apartment and easy to get to the sea on foot. There are very good restaurants and good prices also. It is not a luxury apartment, but it fulfills the functions. It's best to bring things like toilet paper, oil if you need it, as in our case.

A beautiful place, in a central location, and María was very attentive in managing it. Totally recommended, and I'll be back, I would definitely stay here again.

beautiful apartment with all amenities. access to the residence's swimming pool and a private rooftop terrace. the sea not far away and the city next door.

We have a wonderful relaxing stay at Natalia and Oleg's beautiful apartment. Main sliding patio door opens onto a lovely landscaped garden with sun loungers, sofa, table and chairs for outdoor dining all to hand. The surrounding pools and gardens within the complex are beautiful, a lovely swim up bar, jacuzzi and gym all available. A 10 minute walk to the shopping boulevard where you can find lots of lovely shops and restaurants or alternatively a 10/15 minute walk to the beach front. Highly recommended, we loved it! Thank you.

We had a great stay in Torrevieja. The apartment was superb, clean, quiet, with a great view of the sea. Konstantin was excellent to deal with, collecting us from the airport, stopping at the supermarket so we could get groceries, and giving us helpful advice. We will definitely be back and will be very happy to deal with Konstantin again.

We stayed at Jaspers place for 5 days and it was a lovely few days, the apartment has everything you may need and very clean the pools are fantastic for adults and kids. It felt very safe and secure. Shops and restaurants are within in walking distance. We have family and friends who live in the surrounding areas of Quesada and would recommend to Jaspers place when they are visiting.
