Bungalow holiday rentals in Murcia

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It’s in a very safe area. The apartment was immaculately clean but there was only one rooftop sunbed. We contacted Svetlana & another was provided the following day. Very comfortable bed with 2 large duvets, which keeps you cooler. The area itself is beautiful & peaceful. There’s a locked gate system - feels very secure. Outside, you walk through a lovely cool forest and onto a boardwalk which then turns into a long promenade along the seafront. You can go for long/short walks. A few restaurants along it to stop & eat. We had a car hire & found La Habaneras Open Shopping Centre which we loved & drove to the local market which was huge on Sunday morning. Svetlana was always giving us suggestions of things to do & places to go. Only advice I’d give is that the winding steps to the apartment are quite narrow so for anyone not quite steady on their feet, avoid & look for a ground floor. Mid April weather was wet & windy mostly.

The apartment is complete in everything you may need, both kitchen, and amenities in general. The views of the terrace, the tranquility of the area, the proximity to the sand... everything is great to disconnect for a few days with family and friends, especially with young children. We will definitely repeat.

The villa was absolutely perfect, location was amazing next to the water and a great restaurant called area sunset, everything was immaculate !! Mercedes was a great host and super helpful, Would highly recommend and my family will definitely be visiting again !

We enjoyed our weekend trip. Pros - 1. the location 2. the jacuzzi 3. the house is well equipped and 4. friendly host. Cons - 1. was missing cleaning in the living room and kitchen and in one room (trash/glass on the floor in the three sites when we arrived) and the BBQ was not clean when we arrived and we had to clean it before using it. 2. I think the price-quality for the cleaning is not right after seeing other listings. 3. There is some humidity issue in the en-suite room toilet - smells bad always even though we have left the window open. I still want to emphasize that we have enjoyed our trip in general and would do it again. Thank you!

Top apartment and super nice hostess. She also always responded right away and was very kind. The apartment corresponded to the description, very clean, very well equipped, we didn't miss anything and the view of the sea was just wonderful. We were very pleased.

Communication went well. We only booked two days in advance and everything was put right in time. Correct info about the accommodation Quiet surroundings and easily accessible. The roof terrace was wonderful !

As soon as we arrived at Jörg's house, we immediately fell in love with his house and even asked to extend our stay. The beautiful nature and pine forests that surround us. 10 minutes walking down a shaded alley to the beach. An atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Silence. Security. Excellent contact with neighbors. My dog is delighted. And actually the house looks even better than in the photo. Thank you so much, Jörg! We didn't want to leave your house.

The place is equipped with everything, very nice, very clean and quiet. The view from the roof terrace is simply beautiful, the highlight of the apartment! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Outstanding accommodation and the apartment was spotless. The host was brilliant and made checking in very easy. No doubt that I will book this accommodation again. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.

Helena is a great host, very proactive and responsive. Her place is beautiful and was the perfect solution for our needs.

Nice house in a peaceful area, close to restaurants, a supermarket and the beach. Waldemar is very friendly and available. We had a great time.

Villa is beautiful and spotlessy clean perfect location very peaceful and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk.our flight was late but host was still there to pick us up in the small hours of the morning.host was very friendly and showed around the villa.check out was at 12pm but they let us stay till 3 pm.great air conditioning in bedroom and main room which was a god send when you came in from the heat outside.all in all it was an excellent villa to stay at and I would highly recommend using dimitri.

Great spot for a relaxing holiday!

We spent almost a week at Marija's house and it was great. The house has everything you could need for a vacation. The kitchen had a lot of utensils, we didn't miss anything. The beach is great and very quiet… the water is wonderful. Marija was very friendly and welcoming, on arrival she had several fresh drinks for us which was great.
