The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would only add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. There were 3 adults and two children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Mari is very flexible and helpful from the first contact, she responds quickly, which was even decisive in choosing the house. The house is great, corresponding to the advertisement. Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

From the first contact, Larissa was super solicitous. We had an amazing experience! House as in the photos, clean and organized. I have nothing to complain about. Larissa promptly responded to everything I needed and resolved any issues that arose. We all love the beach, which is very close. I recommend it and when I return, I will return without fear. The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Simply amazing! My stay was wonderful, it exceeded all expectations! The place is extremely well cared for, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The view is indescribable, it seems like a true paradise, of those we see in movies. The peace and beauty of the place are impressive. Waking up with that landscape was one of the best parts of the trip. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed. An unforgettable experience!

The place is very cozy!! Close to everything, to go to the fair on foot! The hydromassage with the view is a delight! And we use the barbecue with ease too! Voltaria for sure!!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back

I had already gone to Golden Lake last year and I decided to repeat the dose, but in another apartment. As for the locality, I keep my opinion: everything works really fine and has several activities for residents and guests. As for Joaquim's hosting, everything was wonderful. The house was actually very clean and as described. The host was helpful and responded quickly to all messages sent. I thank you very much and hope to be able to rent with him again.
