Monthly Rentals in Recreo, Viña del Mar

It’s very beautiful apartment with private entrance and small yard in front. Location is perfect, 1 minute walk way to the nice observation point, flower clock and ocean promenade. Inside is everything needed for comfortable stay, and Karin is a very good host ready to help with any request. The place is calm, good neighbours, safe and no noise at night. Can recommend this apartment as a very good option for both short and long stays. We would like to come back again.

We had a great time visiting Cesar. The apartment totally corresponds to the description and photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more: bed linen, towels, extra blanket, all cleaning products, hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The best thing is that there is a washing machine and heating!!! César is very receptive, answers all questions and solves them immediately. I'll be happy to get back to it.

The apartment is very nice, as shown (or even better!) than in the photos. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting. Tania was an excellent host, always attentive to our stay and willing to help at all times. I would certainly come back.
