What a fab stay at John's place! John met us on our arrival and showed us around the flat and even put the kettle on. It was perfect for us with really comfortable beds and pretty spacious. It was in a lovely part of Sheffield and very quiet. Some great coffee shops and pubs nearby. John had the fridge and cupboards well stocked so we weren't short of anything. There was lovely fresh bread, milk, tea, coffee, eggs and juice and plenty more. John was an excellent host and we would love to visit again :)

This was a super last-minute half term booking when our plan A holiday fell through. This lovely little place and warm, helpful, friendly host saved the day! Welcomed with home-made bread, jam, milk and eggs plus a really handy list of great walks, parks, pubs and cafes to visit. The cottage is cute, private, dog-friendly, had everything we needed and was in a fab spot to access the stunning Peak District within 15 mins. Rising Sun pub in walking distance an absolute bonus - even borrowed a book from the hidden library phone box on the corner! Loved our stay, defo didn't feel like a plan B - thank you Bronwen!

An excellent space with all you might need. A few minutes drive & you out into lovely countryside. Fitted the bill perfectly for me.
