Sehr gemütliches Dachgeschoss mit eigener/m Küche,Bad,Wohn-, Schlafraum (33 qm) mit Satelitten-Fernseher,Blick über die Dächer(2. Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Traumunterkunft in München: sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit 1,60m Bett und direktem Zugang zum Garten. Dazu gibt's eine tolle, große Küche & Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz zur Eigennutzung, ein eigenes Bad, Sauna (g. Gebühr) und einen schönen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße. Öffentl. Verkehrsmittel (U2, Tram) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bringen euch in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum (Ostbahnhof: 5min, Odeonsplatz: 10min, Wiesn: 15min, Messestadt Ost: 6min)

Herzlich Willkommen, wir freuen uns auf euch! Ein kleines Stück "Zuhause" wartet auf euch. Das App. hat separaten Eingang, Küche, Bad mit Dusche:WC, kleiner Terrasse. Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Eine S-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt in 15 Min bis München Marienplatz. Das Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und das große Einkaufszentrum PEP zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.

My home for friendly people

This is my main living space. I travel a lot so it only makes sense to use it as a rental unit as well. It s not a place for people that look for hotel like accomodations, but more for young free spirited travelers. You will have access to the full space, with all that it comes and still have a dedicated space for your personal stuff. My request is to treat the place with respect, care and I hope my place will give you a feeling of coazynes and home like.

Room double close to Messe and City Center

This place was fantastic! It felt very clean and was super easy to find with very clear check in instructions. We arrived pretty late as I worked during the day and when we got there we wanted to look at the town a little but Amadeusz was very understanding and made sure we got to the place alright. He also answered messages very quickly despite it being late which was nice of him. Finally, there is a bus station right outside that can bring you to the train station, but we always walked to the train station as it was nice out and the walk was only around 10 minutes. And the train ride was only like 15 minutes to the city centre. I would for sure recommend that people stay here!

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay. The room is super quiet and cozy at night, in which I had very high quality sleep. The neighborhood seems very safe and tranquil. Mr. Herbert is very helpful and helped us to carry big luggage upstairs. Will visit again in the future!

숙소 위치도 정말 좋고, 버스정류장과도 가까워서 뚜벅이인 저에게 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다! 집주인분도 정말 친절하셔서 숙소에서 머무는 생활기간동안 정말 내집처럼 편안하게 생활하고 왔습니당. 추위를 많이 타는데 방이 따뜻해서 중간에 추워서 일어나는 경우가 없었습니다!! 동네도 정말 조용하고, 조금만 가면은 마트도 있습니당! 저의 첫 독일 여행을 이집에서 보내게 되어서 정말 좋은 추억 가득가지고 갑니다😊

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They are great at communicating and ask if you need anything. There is a great guide book in the room of things you can do, places you can visit, restaurants and such. Their cat is also very friendly and adorable. Lovely place and highly recommended

Markus was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Parking was free but hard to find on the street if arriving at night. If you’re sensitive to smoke smell, it was present but not strong. Everything was laid out nicely and decorated really nicely.
