Cabin holiday rentals in Rabun Gap

We had a wonderful family time at Parker’s cabin. Has everything you may need to enjoy your time in the secluded woods of NC. Very private but with all the amenities you may need. Internet was good and the place very comfortable. It was quite rainy during our stay but we had no issues staying in and enjoying the hot tub from time to time. Would fully recommend this place to any one. Thank you Parker!

Stunning views! If you are wanting to get away and just relax this is an amazing option while still being close to Bryson City where all the white water rafting is. Very peaceful and wonderful home! Main bed was very comfortable, great kitchen for cooking and our dogs enjoyed it as well. Would definitely come back.

Lynette’s place was such a peaceful stay. We had a family emergency that caused a major delay in our trip, so we ended up only being there overnight. Lynette was quick in responding and very kind. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my husband searched for the perfect romantic getaway for our late honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary. When we came across Knotty But Nice we were sold! The view was immaculate, pictures do not do justice. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. Overall peaceful and private! The drive up was pretty scary the first time, I’m definitely glad that we had an SUV! But 10/10 recommend! We are already planning another trip in the fall. Thanks Dana & Trish! 😊

Outstanding location perfect for day trips to the many parks nearby for hiking or the river outfitters for paddling also dining & shopping in Clayton. So close yet so secluded peaceful & quiet with the outstanding view from the deck and the many amenities made for an enjoyable worry free stay. Hot tub & steam shower after long days on the river or hiking an added bonus. The little hummingbird and giant woodpecker watching over us were great hosts in a most relaxing natural setting. Many thanks to Karen for sharing the cabin with us for a memory filled week away in the North Georgia mountains!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin . We really appreciated how the host is labeling every drawer/closet or light switch to make sure everything goes smoothly. That is very thoughtful!

We stayed at the cabin for a week in May, to ride around on motorcycle and do some white water rafting. The view from both floors of the cabin was picturesque. Water gets hot quick and has good pressure, kitchen has everything you need. Great WiFi and smart tv to watch anything. Hot tub on deck is excellent after a long day of activities in the mountains. Driveway in community and up to cabin is beautiful, however steep and challenging on a motorcycle - but doable. Highly recommend this cabin, super private and secluded. About a 20 minutes to and from nearest town/restaurants, but that’s the beauty of it. Highly recommend, Casey is great and so is cabin.

Truly magical! Definitely recommend for a peaceful escape. Perfect to unwind and recharge.

The cabin is cozy, tucked away in beautiful wooded area. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Our dogs loved their long walks away from the city. Will visit again..

Peaceful, private wooden oasis. We enjoyed seeing all the deer in the area. We felt it was a great location right between all the mountain towns, great for finding hiking locations, parks, museums, and great restaurants. Then spending our nights in a cozy private cabin in the woods, playing games and having family movie nights or siting on the porch enjoying the rain & lighting show.

It was a gorgeous stay. The host was very responsive, as well as flexible, giving us a tour of the area upon arrival. The location was gorgeous and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Allison and Chris's cabin is beautiful and very peaceful. It was also extremely well-stocked and had everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful time hiking nearby, and we spent a ton of time relaxing on the deck.

Michelle's mountain cabin was wonderful. The VIEWS were better then expected. Just what we wanted. Having a morning coffee gazing at the vistas. WOW. The cabin was very warm and modern. Michell recommended a great food spot, Nocturnal Brewing. Super good, great vibes, people and pizza was divine. Our stay was relaxing, chill and what I expected. Michelle is a great host Thank you Michell for your kindness.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Cabin was clean and stocked. She pays close attention to detail. Really enjoyed our stay, wish we had longer!

Ashlie's place is a relaxing quiet retreat in the woods. The cabin was a great place to chill out and decompress. I would describe it as a cozy cabin. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions provided.

I loved that it was not as sterile as some places. Hillary added a few extra touches...tea bags, eggs, cookies, condiments and there were a few spices and olive oil (though I brought my own), making it feel more like a home. The furniture was very comfortable and the location is beautiful.

This is a super cute, very quaint cabin and was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful horse wander around his pasture and come up for treats would highly recommend.

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend here and everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of wood for the fire pit, s’mores sticks, towels for the hot tub. The view was worth the whole price. We played lots of pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Being able to take really great hikes from right out the front door was a plus as well. We are already planning a return trip!

We fell in love with the home and area right away from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The house is absolutely adorable and the secluded property makes it even more special. We are from Florida, so having a real fire is something I miss coming from Virginia. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. Highly recommend this beautiful property. Close to trails and downtown Clayton. We were lucky to meet some neighbors and they were super friendly. Will definitely return again.

This is the perfect setting for getting some quiet time. Also, close to all shopping. Visited Black Mountain. Just a 2 minute rise. I strongly recommend this get-away for a couple. Or, a couple with 2 children. Warning…. Please use caution when using the steps to the upstairs. Maureen states this in her message.

We had a great stay at Dianne's place. Clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Quiet and peaceful--beautiful yard with the creek running behind the house. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. About 6 miles from town so not far for groceries, restaurants, etc. Not one complaint. Would definitely stay again.

Eagles Nest was a great place for my 8 member family to get together for Memorial Day. The location is on the top of the mountain and the views are incredible.
