Bindu is a fantastic host! Every morning she is super helpful about tips on where to go in Rio based on our interests. We lived her 7 days with our two kids (aged 6 and 9) who really loved to swim in the pool and hang out at home when we needed a break from the big city. Extremely delicious breakfast too. It has been amazing to live here!

It was a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, the stunning view, Marjon, her husband, the kittens and the dogs were like our family. Only the sound of the wind, the trees, the birds. Great hosts! The place was exactly as described. The location is just a few minutes walk to Arcos do Lapa, some grocery stores and a few amazing restaurants. And there were Monkeys in the garden! Eduardo was a great host from the beginning. He gave excellent recommendations and made us feel like we were home. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay,super well located and super clean. Caroline is super helpful,we were super well received, well located location has everything close by (banks,supermarkets, bakery, large shopping mall 5 minutes away and fast food, subway station a few blocks away that leads to the beach and the city center)without difficulty for locomotion. The house is perfect according to the listing everything well planned and cozy. The place is quite quiet and quite safe. When I needed information, Caroline helped me with everything. Caroline is an excellent host note 1000, I highly recommend it. Me and my wife will come back more often. #amamosaTijuca❤❤

Absolutely loved Leonardo's place! From the beautiful surrandings of Tijuca greenery, to monkeys anf tropical birds at the doorstep! The area was safe and peaceful, but with everything needed in the walking distance (totally recommend churrascaria on the corner of the street!). The host was very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond and the airbnb furnished perfectly, with great large shower, very comfortable bed and even projector with netflix, prime etc and beautiful terrace with dinning table and views. Patricia’s place was so beautiful! The location was easy to find and private. She welcomed us and was very kind and personable, I felt very welcomed and safe at home! This marks my third visit to Julienne's space and there are many reasons for that: a quiet, safe neighborhood that is not touristy but has a local feel. GREAT views. Flexible check in, responsive and pro-active. The space has all the needed amenities. Joao and Julienne helped me to locate tickets for the Flamengo game. I cannot recommend any of their properties enough for the solo traveler or couples looking to see more than just Copa and Ipanema. Santa Teresa is a lively neighborhood on the weekends and the even livelier Lapa is just a 10 minute ride away. The neighborhood has a trolley system being updated to make it even easier to enjoy the community. Book it!

Carol’s place is beautiful, the location is perfect. You are nearby to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as a great beach that’s much more chilled compared to Ipanema area. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed and invites relaxation, we love it. Carol is an amazing, friendly host with a beautiful home, she accommodated all our needs and was very responsive. If you’re thinking about booking this place - you must do it! 🇧🇷💛

Marcelo and Isabel Very welcoming and kind. Speak French very well which is a big plus for us who don't speak Portuguese. The house is beautiful, a haven of peace. Our place was clean when we arrived, access by elevator and shower with a view of the sky, it was great. The pool is a meeting place with the owners and the other occupants, all very friendly. Very convenient Uber when you don't want to walk up from the Gloria metro. Access to all the tourist places of Rio, very good location of the accommodation. Maria’s place was exactly what we needed during our 10 day stay in Brazil. It was close to all the nearby beaches and tours we did during our time there. Maria let us check in once we got there which was amazing, we had the opportunity to settle in and enjoy rio the same day we got there. The apartment was perfect for us 3 and even accommodated 2 more people! I definitely recommend Maria’s place if you ever come to Brazil!

we spent our Carnival at the house of Tissi. the house served us super well (couple) . Close to restaurant , bar , easy to get around to other points of the city. Bike stations nearby and etc. always available to answer and answer questions, it still helped me with a need of the day of the day when I had to work a little . Finally I recommend the place and I intend to return soon

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and had a wonderful time there. The atmosphere is pleasantly familial, the neighborhood friendly, and the location simply ideal. The apartment is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Botafogo, yet only a 15-minute walk from the subway, perfect for exploring Rio from there. The area is also very safe, and I felt completely at ease walking outside alone at night. Marcia and Luiz are incredibly warm and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing. The apartment is fully equipped, so I was able to prepare more elaborate meals over the holidays, when many of the restaurants were closed. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I hope to return someday!

Angelina was the one who received me, very polite and friendly and helpful, extremely clean, private and pleasant place, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!
