Fantastic little apartment in Leblon! In a cute area across from a great grocery store. Check in was a little delayed because of a miscommunication but overall a great place to stay.

My stay was great. The apartment has an excellent location, close to Copa and Ipanema. Lots of commerce around and near the subway. The apto corresponds with the photos and has what is necessary for short seasons. Ronald was also very attentive.

Great spot in Ipanema and everything feels to be in a walkable distance!

Excellent apartment for short, medium and long term stays. Very well equipped and decorated. Comfortable environment with easy and quick access to all kinds of services (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and public transport - subway and VLT). The space is like the description, well-equipped, all very clean, well cleaned bed and bath linens, wonderful shower! Very well located close to the beach, restaurants market pharmacy, great for walking, the apt has items such as coffee powder, salt , shampoo and cond. What is a differential, Julia is great in commotion and practices in the institutions, staff of the very polite building, I loved it all ! The view from the balcony is lindaaaa 🥰

It was a great week where I was able to relax in the apartment with this wonderful bathtub and I took advantage of the city as it is close to everything and with ease to reach other places of interest , impeccable apartment as in the photos .

Everything was as advertised. Cassiano allowed our early entry, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, attentive building staff.

The accommodation is as it is in the photos, it has everything you need to have a great stay. What I value most is the location, as it is close to the subway and bus stops, which allows you to move anywhere. I definitely recommend André's accommodation, you will spend an incredible few days and you will feel at home.

This was such a great spot! We felt very safe, everything was clean, spacious, and the design was beautifully done. Luke had everything thoughtfully stocked, which made the stay even more comfortable, and great communication. Phenomenal space, if I come back, I would definitely try to stay here again!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Gayatri's apartment. As someone whose been to Rio a few times, it was perfect to just stay here alone and be able to take in the local vibe in the context of the Catete neighborhood. Conveniently located by the metro and also a not-too-far of a walk from downtown, it's a great neighborhood for those looking to stay in the mix without having their experience overwhelmed by tourists. In addition to Gayatri's place being the perfect size for a solo traveler like me (and having everything I needed!), Gayatri also went above and beyond to meet the needs of my arrival and departure times...something she did not have to do! She is also a wonderful person to talk to :)

Everything went well, clean, fragrant apartment, ideal space, perfectly met, great location. But it is worth mentioning how much D. Dionê is kind, polite and helpful. While I was there, there were three doormen, and all of them were very friendly and polite. Surely, at the next time, I'll be back. My thanks and my hugs to this wonderful person, D. Dionê.

great value for money. The apartment is just like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The arrival was smooth, the building staff are helpful and prepared. It is very close to the beach, the mall and the subway. There are several restaurants around. The building is quiet, although it has several units on the same floor, the neighbors are super quiet. The room is very quiet as well. The only downside is that the window is quite large, and even with blackout curtains, the light comes in in the morning. The hosts were very kind. I would definitely return and recommend.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

The accommodation is compact and has everything you need to feel at home (appliances, sheets, utensils), very clean and organized. Vilma always responds quickly and is very kind, she even gave us a few hours at check-out because our flight was only at night. The neighborhood has a lot of commerce (restaurants, fairs, drugstores, markets, among others), it is very close to tourist spots and access to transportation is also very easy in this region.

The host was super empathetic, flexible and polite. The environment is as in the photos, small but super comfortable and quiet. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, Lapa arches, bakeries, markets.

I had a great hosting experience. The Studio is cozy and well equipped, it has everything! Has a beautiful view from the window, waking up early, watches a beautiful sunrise. Maria is very good people! Received me super well, was always available to ask questions, give directions about the neighborhood and the city. The condominium staff are all very polite and affordable. I recommend and hope to return soon.
