The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The location is good as it is close to the beach of both Ipanema and Copacabana. In addition, there are very good places to eat and drink a few blocks away. There are staff at the reception of the building 24 hours a day, with a very good disposition to any query. The building has a pool and sauna, which are freely accessible, and also a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee. It also has daily cleaning of the apartment of your choice, but that does not require the payment of an extra amount. We had an excellent stay and I would stay there again.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! It was an excellent stay, the condominium is excellent, I highly recommend it for those seeking tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, it has everything necessary and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet for walking, places with good value for money, pharmacy. The view from the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Reserva Beach (10 min by bike from Itaú, which is next door), which is surreal in its beauty!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

This was a great stay. Would definitely stay again. The rooms, pool and yard were beautiful too. It is a little bit away from all the things happening for carnival but only 10/15 min and uber is so cheap that it was absolutely perfect. Being able to be in carnival chaos and get away to peace and quiet was amazing actually. Especially compared with hotels or other Airbnb options 100% would recommend!

Great stay! Matt was super helpful and accommodating, even through our accidentals. There was more than enough space for the 9 people that stayed in the home. We loved the authenticity and views the house had to offer. We felt safe and secure at all times. the house is on a mountain so there aren’t any stores or restaurants walking distance but Ubers are super cheap! This is a great house for someone that just wants a beautiful nature retreat. The house could have used a deep clean & there were bugs that found their way in, but we knew were in the jungle so we brought raid! Overall we had a great stay & would recommend for sure 👍🏾

We love our stay at Sergio's place! I went with friends and the house perfectly met what we needed — comfortable, well-equipped and in great shape. The location was also a strong point: being near the subway station made it very easy and allowed us to access the entire city with ease. Sérgio was very attentive, gave us great tips about Rio and has a high spirit that makes everything lighter. We hope to come back again!
