Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. The location was perfect and relatively close to everywhere. We liked the 3 levels so that we each had some private space. Wonderful home to play board games in the dining room, watch documentaries on the Big Screen and nap in the afternoon. Very comfortable/livable space.

Oddays place was wonderful. They have plenty of amenities for guests. It’s an older house, but a very nice older New England home. We enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation we would give is for there to be a laminated card with the wifi name and password, as we didn’t locate it until the last evening of 3 nights there. It was on the Airbnb app but not very clear about how to get the password. That’s our only suggestion as there were older folks in the home as guests and they didn’t have access to the app. Thank you for hosting your Airbnb to us! We would stay again in any future trips to that area.

We were very comfortable as a 3 generation family. Thoughtful details and clear instructions were very helpful and appreciated.

Heather's cottage was the perfect place for our little family. We could walk to the beach very easily and the restaurants and downtown were so close. It made for easy breakfast runs in the morning. Heather was a wonderful host and I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

Eric’s Queen Victorian was like a vacation within itself! The location was conveniently close Boston with tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay and Eric was a great host!

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

We are a group of six traveling for a soccer tournament. We love to bring my husband’s parents and it is always cheaper to stay in an Airbnb … it allows us the option to eat in, run a load of dirty soccer clothes, and relax in a space together…we are pretty low maintenance and just like a clean space together rest… we made a few meals with lots of available dishes and places to sit… we also took advantage of local Irish pub, Mexican, and a sweet coffee shop. Parking was free and available on the street. Quick hop into Boston by car and could have taken the T as well. Easy to get inside and very responsive, but we didn’t really need anything!

A great value stay. Convenient location, dog friendly environment. Really cute apartment design. Sounds travels easily so can be loud at times but other than that, excellent place to stay.

The property is beautiful and clean and the host is extremely responsive and accommodating, offering us late checkout and allowing us to check in a bit early. Highly recommended!

While at Quontay’s place, I felt very at home. It is a very high vibrational space where you can relax, find rejuvenation, support and healing. It’s a mini retreat for your soul.

Mia’s place looks better than the pictures, very clean, communication was nice and smooth. Check out time is 10am instead of the 11am the app stills shows but she communicates everything in a time matter

Very clean, comfortable and homey place to spend a weekend. Much better than a hotel. Host was very easy to deal with. And bonus, it came with a very friendly dog who visited us at the back door often for ear scratches and pets.

This home was very cozy and beautiful! We had a Wedding to attend at the Nantasket Beach Resort and this was only a 5 minute drive. We only stayed one night but would love to bring the whole family back for a beach vacation. Wonderful host, great communication, easy check-in and check-out.

This was exceptional. Becky's AirBnB is absolutely STUNNING!!! I think, quite honestly, it was the most beautiful accommodation I've ever stayed in. Becky thought of EVERYTHING, from the delightful snacks and beverages, to the notebook of fabulous restaurant and activity recommendations, plus the elegant and soothing seaside decor! Some of the plusses include a cozy gas fireplace, a great gas range to cook on, and an outdoor grill! We cooked up and grilled up some fabulous feasts during our stay! But the real treasure here is Becky herself. Although she grew up in Salem, she says she inherited her mama's Southern hospitality, and it definitely shows! She is warm and joyful, and my daughters and I feel we have made fast friends with her. We truly look forward to visiting Becky again!
