Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. We stayed for one week, all four of us really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay here again

Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If someone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. You could see the beautiful sea from every window. The balcony is small but perfect for 2/3 people to sit and relax with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Plenty towels, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and good showers. It is very modern and a very high standard in comparison to other places we have stayed. The air-conditioning is fantastic and piped to the rooms which is very quite and doesn't disturb your sleep! We only use it at night and it was great. Viktoria is an excellent host. She was always contactable and replied really promptly to any questions we had. The location is lovely, gorgeous beaches outside the door - a bit rocky, however some locals put in ladders in the beach right opposite us so it was easy to get in and out - and it was the nicest place to swim of all the great beaches around. The main beaches and nightlife are a short walk away. It was really perfect.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Very good value Airbnb. Quality furnishings, logical layout, comfortable beds, a nice balcony, useful washer, good hand vacuum to take care of the sand from the beach nearby. 2 big blocks to supermarket, 1 small block to pharmacy, 2 blocks to good beach and restaurants. We barely used our car.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sophie and Jean-Claude are super welcoming and they are very attentive. The apartment is great and perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, they thought of everything! We had a wonderful stay, everything is as advertised. The place is quiet, and at the same time you are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the city center, you will find everything (shops, restaurants...). And you can walk along the seafront, it's nice. Add to this the good advice, kindness and benevolence of Sophie and Jean-Claude, happiness guaranteed ;)

Absolutely amazing flat and pool, beach is only a 2 mins walk away. Nice restaurant and a few touristy shops around. Would definitely stay again :)

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.
