House holiday rentals in Quercianella

We had a beautiful stay in Alessandro’s home for one week in May 2025. The location was perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca and Florence as day trips. We were in the outskirts of old San Miniato - walking distance to restaurants and cafes, a short drive to the supermarket yet remote enough to be peaceful. We enjoyed the well appointed apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dinner in our private garden amongst the olive trees and relaxing by the pool. We travelled with our bicycles and the areas surrounding San Miniato is just about the most beautiful riding I’ve ever found in Europe. Alessandro is clearly a very kind and welcoming gentleman, who enjoys hosting his guests, and we were grateful for his tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are sure we will be back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and the view are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept this well in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was a nice salad bowl and a toaster. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The well-known white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village at the bakery and in the corner shop or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher's shop in the village. You sit idyllically in the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills, a barbecue, and a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Couldn't be better. Exceeded our expectations

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! The place was just great. We felt comfortable right away and all our needs were recognized directly without asking. As soon as the sun was shining, there were two loungers ready. The two were very warm and you can see how much attention to detail they renovated the house. Really unique. The property is very idyllically surrounded by lots of nature. A dream to just shut down.

Daniel's accommodation is as described in the pictures and in the listing and completely sufficient for two people! Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Daniela was also always personally available to us and very flexible when it came to check-in - thank you very much for that! We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation 100% 🙂

Simone is a very special host. The personal welcome was very welcoming. In addition to fruit, drinks and pastries, there was also a delicious Chianti to welcome us and the neighbor bought fresh eggs for us directly. In addition, Simone gave many helpful tips for places, restaurants, beaches, parking lots, etc. in the area. He was always easy to reach for questions. We also liked the beautifully furnished and clean apartment very much, not least the comfortable bed. There is also a lot to see in the area, e.g. we visited Pisa and the beautiful beach in Rosignano. Arrival by car is recommended, you can easily park on the property. We highly recommend staying at Simone's place and would come back anytime. Five stars!!!

Cozy home in a cute village, old and modern nicely combined. Everything was clean and all necessities were available. The location is great and communication and check-in was smooth. Very recommend!

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Egizia’s home was the ideal place for our family’s Tuscan getaway. It had everything we needed. Egizia was an excellent host, great communicator, great recommendations. We would stay here again.
