Family-friendly holiday rentals in Quercianella

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Glorias Haus. Unser vierbeiniger Freund hat sich in der Natur auch total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Größe und eignet sich perfekt um draußen zu Essen, im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder einfach in der Sonne zu liegen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll, aber mit einem normalen Auto und ein bisschen Fahrpraxis durchaus zu meistern. Gloria war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Ausflugstipps für die Gegend gegeben. Auch bei eventuellen Nachfragen hat sie immer sehr schnell reagiert und uns geholfen. Um einfach mal raus zu kommen und die Natur und die Ruhe der Toskana zu genießen, ist es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, hoch über Pistoia – etwa 30 Minuten entfernt – in den angenehm kühlen Bergen, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ideal war. Auch wenn die bekannten Städte der Toskana etwas weiter entfernt liegen, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Daniele und Alessandra waren sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns viele wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Pistoia haben wir in dieser Zeit sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Die Kombination aus der ruhigen, naturnahen Lage des Airbnbs und dem lebendigen, charmanten Stadtleben war für uns genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Motorrad-, Roller- oder Fahrradtouren: kurvige Bergstraßen, herrliche Aussichten und viele kleine, alte Dörfer, die zum Entdecken einladen. Grazie !! My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely little place, super location with everything you need for a pleasant visit. Nice roof garden to sit and dream. Clean and well looked after. Many thanks - also a short walk to the tower.

Wir haben unsere 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen ruhigen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Außen- und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Sollten im zweiten Appartement Gäste sein, kann man sich dennoch sehr gut zurück ziehen und die Stille genießen. Für Kinder gibt es genügend Spielgeräte die mit genutzt werden können. Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants

We hebben genoten van het geweldige huis van Maria. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Maria en haar familie, waar we verwelkomt werden met een fles wijn en lekkere taart. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer voorzien is van een eigen badkamer. Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is ook de oplader voor de elektrische auto. We haalden elke morgen vers brood bij de plaatselijke bakker in het dorpje 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de mooie steden zoals Lucca, Siena, Florence. Ook het strand is prima te doen. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Maria en familie, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd in jullie mooie huis.

Wow! This was just perfect from the beginning to the end. First, Massimo was waiting for us at the gate to bring us to the parking where he took our luggage and brought them to the apartment. Then, he sat down with us to give us some instructions and local recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious for my family of 4. The location is just perfect. It’s in the heart of San Gimignano so you can walk everywhere from there. Even if San Gimignano is crowded, the apartment is very quiet with a small outdoor to enjoy. Massimo joined us on our last day to bring back the luggage to our car. This is a first-class experience. I don’t want to forget Fabio who has been very responsive on Airbnb as well. I definitely highly recommend Fabio’s place!

Wat een prachtige plek, midden in de natuur, met een zalig zwembad om tot rust te komen. Emiliano is erg gastvrij en heeft een groot hart voor dieren, zelf heeft hij ook honden. Hij hield steeds rekening met onze hond en stemde goed met ons af. Onze hond mocht overal loslopen en werd met veel liefde ontvangen — voor honden echt een vijfsterrenverblijf! 🫶 Je hebt wel een auto nodig om dingen te ondernemen, maar de locatie is ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Het eerste (honden)vriendelijke strand met parasols, bar en eetgelegenheid ligt op 30 minuten rijden. Andere stranden, mooie stadjes en zelfs een natuurlijke warmwaterbron bereik je binnen 40 tot 90 minuten. Een echte aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, natuur én een hondvriendelijke sfeer!

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

la maison et l'endroit sont exceptionnelles. les hôtes ont été très sympathiques. La maison est typique italienne en plein milieu de la région toscane, c'est génial ! petit restaurant à proximité avec une "vibe" particulière.. je recommende

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en la estancia vallorsi!! Un lugar soñado , con paisajes divinos y muy tranquilo para descansar y desconectarse en las vacaciones!! Todos muy atentos y serviciales!! Sin duda volveríamos!!

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

Moc jsme si užili týden u Fabia. Ubytování je přesně jako na fotkách. Krásná zahrada s bylinkami a výhledy do okolí. Byt má několik různých míst k sezení (u grilu, lavici do zahrady a sezení na západ slunce) a ze všech 3 bytů má nejblíže k bazénu. Bazén příjemně překvapil svou velikostí. Fabio je velmi přátelský, nápomocný a mluví skvěle anglicky. Nabízí možnosti zakoupení vlastního výborného olivového oleje a červeného vína, doporučujeme. Z bytu jsme celý týden pracovali a wi-fi byla bezproblémová i na videohovory.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!
