Just returned from a 3 day stay with friends at Pierre’s place, he could not have been more helpful greeting us late at night for check in as our flight was delayed, explained all the apartments facilities and was on hand if needed. We stupidly locked ourselves out of the underground parking provided and he went above and beyond to do what he could to help us despite being away from home for the weekend, he is definitely our top host, the apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable with everything you would need, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and watch the harbour cinema, we will definitely stay here again, thanks so much Pierre.

The hosts were incredibly kind and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with every detail taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better- everything important was within easy reach, including shops, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

There are many swimming pools and a nice pool bar in the area. The gym was also very functional. In May, there is no congestion anywhere. The apartment is clean and very functional. The terrace is spacious and the morning sun shines there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Access to the garage the first time was difficult, as we did not realize to pick up the garage keys from inside the apartment. There are also many driving routes to the stable. I would have liked some guidance on this. There was a problem with the window blinds, but the matter was quickly corrected.

Totally recommended!! the house is beautiful, with all amenities. It was all gleaming. She takes care of every detail, it was like being at home. Everything is very happy. And Arjan is always available, attentive and with quick communication. We will definitely be back!!!

thank you for a fantastic stay. welcome wine was a lovely touch. the apartment was immaculate. bed was incredibly comfortable. I love that there is a floor heater. kitchen was fully-equipped. great location. walking distance to the supermarket, mall and beach. private parking. quiet and relaxing with 4 pools and several Jacuzzis to choose from. and a pool bar too. garden was well taken cared of. a few hiccups here and there but staff were very polite, responsive and apologetic. would definitely come back. I already recommended the apartment to my friends and associates planning to visit orihuela this year. it was a true home away from home.

We spent a very pleasant 14 days in the apartment. Everything was present, still as good as new and very clean. We had mainly chosen it for the roof terrace. Here we were able to chill when we came back from our trips. This is definitely subject to repetition!

Our third time staying here and always is a pleasure. Highly recommended

First but not last stay in that apartment. Everything worked for us. Location, pool, closeness to the sea, the apartment itself and garage for the car. Very roomy and nicely equipped kitchen and laundry possibilities. Special mentioning to the air-condition - was excellent. Instructions of everything was good - very professionally done. How-to -type of video guides were excellent. Overall - excellent choose for 4-6 persons. Next time in Orihuela - I will check availability of this apartment... . Strong recommendation!

We had a great time staying here. We had 2 children aged 2 & 4, they loved the swimming pools and the children’s park onsite! There were 2 heated pools that were just at the end of the garden so easily accessible. The whole complex felt very safe and immaculately clean. Great facilities and walking distance to the supermarket, shops, beach and restaurants! We will definitely be returning ☀️

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
