Monthly Rentals in Punta prima

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. We were a family of 9 adults. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. The house and pool area was brilliantly arranged for relaxing and chilling out. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything, it was like a home from home. There was plenty for us to do. We had a superb meal at La Calita at Biniancolla, the setting is stunning. We also had a lovely boat trip with Alan and Black Lizard tours. He even took us to the lighthouse! Mahon and Cuitadella didn't disappoint and coming home to Villa Rosa made the holiday for us. Stunning cliff-side location in Cala en Porter. Has recently been refurbished to a high standard with 3 double rooms with 3 bathrooms. One bathroom feels like it’s been built into the cliff. Amazing sunsets, we didn’t want to leave. If you’re nimble you can walk down the cliff and access the sea using a small ladder. Kayak trips to visits local caves are quite fun. Johannes couldn’t be more helpful.

we stayed 1 week with our 2 children aged 1 and 3, the accommodation is ideal for a family, beach within walking distance as well as side supermarket and restaurants.
