We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We are frequent guests at the Grand Venetian. We felt right at home from when we arrived. The apartment was perfect. Minutes after arriving we watched a baby whale and its mama from the ocean balcony. We saw many whales from the balcony. The view of the mountains from the second balcony is very beautiful. The breeze flowing through the apartment with both balcony doors open was refreshing. We walked the beach, that is steps away, Walmart delivered an order to the condo, we ate most dinners at the on site restaurant (really good food and drinks). After witnessing spectacular sunsets, we watched movies on Netflix. The condo is fully equipped. The automatic room darkening shade is very nice. There were fireworks on Saturday night on the beach, which happened to be my birthday, that was really cool! The loud club has gotten quieter and shuts down earlier. We had no issues with noise. We’d book again in the future. Evelyn is very responsive, I highly recommend booking with her.

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for the children to run. Good access to the beach too. Your kitchen is well equipped. In general, it is a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

This was the second time staying here and will continue to recommend. The location is right on the beach in the same area as pretty much all high end hotels on the same strip. Manuel was on top of things and always responsive. Secure area and parking with 24/7 security.

The apartment has everything you need, clean, in good condition and tidy upon our arrival. Alejandra and Carlos are very attentive with excellent time to respond to our needs. We had a great time in the family. I would definitely come back !

Only the pool had too much chlorine I know that it is not the one who rents the apartment but the building maintenance managers but even the skin burned 🤣

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

The Maritima complex in Nuevo Vallarta and the apartment is very nice. I would come back without thinking !!

Hector has been the best host I've ever had. The home is beautiful, perfectly located, and most importantly, reasonably priced. I've visited PV several times, and this Airbnb has been my favorite by far.

Good place in a great neighborhood. The host is excellent, responsive, communicative, and extremely kind.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

Fantastic place quiet Mexican neighborhood. Great view with great internet even on roof. No noise after 10 PM. Wonderful butchers and grocers within a block. 10 restaurants within 2 blocks. Highly recommend this place if you want privacy away from tourist area. Great bus service, bus to town every 5 minutes. Only down side is furniture is old but plenty good for a rental.

Dan is a great host. He was quick to respond to any issues and genuinely wanted to make sure my stay was comfortable. The place is large, air-conditioned . Very comfotable bed. New and comortable sofa Very large TV (70") High speed internet Washer / Dryer (A lot of place do not have a dryer even if they have washers) Large refrigerator The area is quiet. I slept very well through out my stay. All in all highly recommend Dan as a host

Excellent host, always attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out... he allowed me to arrive at 12.30 and leave at 17.00 at no extra cost... highly recommended
