This unit was amazing. The space in the living room and the bathrooms was great. Everything worked well and was well apportioned. Had a great time in Aguilas and Jose was great.

We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

We stayed for work and Juan was very understanding and flexible with us. I recommend it. Thanks for everything!

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. It was especially nice that each family in our group had their own living quarters as the bedrooms were well spaced out. The pool is very big and the outdoor kitchen was a great touch for having a bbq. There are many different seating areas to pick from, the grounds were stunning and well kept. The host who met us at the villa was very responsive and answered any queries we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

John is a very welcoming host. The house is large and located in a large wooded and well-maintained garden. The large pool was much appreciated. For practitioners, a tennis class is available. We only want to come back! A parking space is available. We don't need to say we recommend this place to stay!

This is a fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views to the Mar Menor and the Med from the balcony. It has the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place is very comfortable. Esther communicates very well and has some great recommendations. We were here for a month and it felt like home.

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

Had a great stay in this house with great facilities. Location is also great nearby the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Will come back!

We had a great stay at the apartment! Very close to a beautiful beach and access to a nice secluded pool area. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof terrace was lovely. Juan was very nice and helpful, easy to communicate with.
