We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. It was especially nice that each family in our group had their own living quarters as the bedrooms were well spaced out. The pool is very big and the outdoor kitchen was a great touch for having a bbq. There are many different seating areas to pick from, the grounds were stunning and well kept. The host who met us at the villa was very responsive and answered any queries we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement face à la plage. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue magnifique! L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôte était vraiment accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade près de la mer !

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Lola. Es un encanto. Te ayuda en todo, me encanto la flexibilidad. El alojamiento es antiguo pero ese estilo me gusta. si es verdad que necesita un poco de retoques . La terraza es genial. Se esta de lujo . Gracias. Espero volver hacer otra visita.

John est un hôte très accueillant. La maison est grande et située dans un grand jardin arboré et bien entretenu. La grande piscine a été très appréciée. Pour les pratiquants, un cours de tennis est à disposition.. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, c'est de revenir ! Une place de parking est mise à disposition. Inutile de dire que nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Nos sorprendió mucho el piso. Unas vistas preciosas y con mucha tranquilidad. Supera las espectativas. Pero lo mejor fué Paco. Nos atendió muy amablemente y nos explico todo a lo que le preguntamos, incluso nos pasó un gran listado de donde ir y que hacer. Es bonito poder decir que volveré porque realmente estuvimos muy a gusto. Nos quedariamos cortos diciendo todo, porque os aseguro que ir aquí vale mucho la pena. Un gran abrazo y muchas gracias.

Ha sido el apartamento mas completo en el que hemos estado, una piscina comunitaria bien cuidada, hemos estado muy cómodos y no hemos tenido ningún problema con Natividad. Cabe destacar un punto muy importante y es que el apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy completo en el ámbito de la cocina y en general. La cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento es idéntico a las fotos. Estaríamos encantados de volver

This is a fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views to the Mar Menor and the Med from the balcony. It has the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place is very comfortable. Esther communicates very well and has some great recommendations. We were here for a month and it felt like home.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Fijn ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij Mar en zee. Snel en fijn contact met Javier en Mari Carmen die ons ontving. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen, auto is noodzakelijk om dingen te ondernemen. Alles kwam overeen met de fotos, alleen de wasmachine is aan vervanging toe (maakt heel veel herrie). Wifi ook zeer stabiel, met 2 personen hebben we er 2 maanden remote gewerkt zonder problemen. Al met al een zeer fijn verblijf gehad, waarbij Javier altijd snel en adequaat reageerde op verzoeken.

Had an amazing few days at these apartments. Beautifully maintained inside and out and close to all the amenities of Villamartin Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
