It is a fully equipped independent studio located on the first floor of a single-family house. It has no elevator. The bed is 150x200cm. It has a sofa with chaise longue and smart TV. It has a small kitchen with everything you need for everyday life, a large bathroom and a dressing room.

Great location! Around the corner of Plaza Flores with some nice restaurants. Across the street is a nice local coffee bar. The river, the shopping street, the Real Casino (a must see), the cathedral, everything is closeby. There is also a nice market around the corner. The apartment is really quiet and we loved the details of the decoration! I would recommend this appartment.

Jose’s place is just magical , he spend lots of time and take great pride of the gorgeous gardens, the back yard is full of different destinations, the house interior is so unique , warm, with an rustic and very Spanish style that welcomes everyone and naturally makes you feel at home . The pool is awesome but the best part is the dog ! She’s a sweet and very affectionate member of the family! What a great value !

The apartment is so central to everything in Murcia. Perfect location. The free parking is an added bonus. On the apartment itself, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is clean and modern, the kitchen has everything you could need. Marine thinks of everything - the coffee capsules, bottled water, cake, cookies, soap, too many extras to mention. We had a great stay in Murcia

Santi is a wonderful woman. I felt like I was at home and she was always super friendly and helpful. Room as described and clean environment. He has cats with him, but they are not annoying or intrusive. Good location, but not very central.
