2nd time staying here. Great location near the convention center and access to other locations in the area.

Our stay was wonderful, the best choice for our Memorial Day holiday, Gary's house doesn't do justice to the photos, in person you'll be surprised by how beautiful it is, clean, smells good and stocked with everything you need, and the bonus is that you're surrounded by the mountains and the city there's no reason to choose this retreat

Stayed here more than once. It is always clean, neat, convenient and has all the kitchen and bath room tools available. Air conditioning works great. The place is perfect for us.

I'm going to miss the beautiful view from the master bedroom to the mountain. breathtaking! The house have everything you need. Car garage is always a plu. Traveling with a peace of mind. Host is amazing! Always there for me ...looking forward to stay with Philips again! Community is amazing. Quite, dog friendly. Neighbors are very friendly. The only down side is that the front door is on the side of the house, you have to go around the rocks to go to the front door and extra cars has to park on the other side of the st. Host provided lights around the townhome to make it easy to find!! other than that ....the perfect dream house!

This is an AMAZING house! It’s beyond unique to stay in a house (the only house) overlooking the Gorge. We (family of four) feel so lucky we got to stay here. The house itself is well taken care of. It’s “rustic” but definitely not a 1970s time capsule. Everything was incredibly comfortable; the bathrooms have been updated; the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Everything worked. We felt safe. Again, to stay in such a beautiful house with a fantastic view as well as modern amenities inside, is so special. What a gem!!!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The home is clearly well taken care of and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Our stay went smoothy, so we never had to contact Samuel during our stay, but prior to our arrival he provided clear check-in instructions and other information.The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, so that was an extra bonus! We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Nice large backyard and very pet friendly. We had a great stay and had everything we needed for us and our two small dogs. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic. Mike also we t above and beyond after check out when the cleaners found my husband’s toiletry case that he forgot. Great home and fantastic host.

The best part of staying at this location was that it was only a 3 minute drive to our kids. That made it so easy to spend time with them. We basically only slept there because we were out enjoying all the things to do in this area. Kristin was very helpful with a few of our needs & went above & beyond making sure that things were good for us. That was very appreciated!

My wife and I have stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was definitely one of the nicest. Mary and Tim are fantastic hosts, the space has everything you could need and then some, and the view is incredible. We stayed for over two months and would gladly come back. A great spot, and a great base for exploring Colorado Springs and surrounds.
