Monthly Rentals in Psathakia

Located between the olive trees the apartment is a haven of peace. We visited in April and we were greeted with an explosion of lovely flowers in the area (lovely smells everywhere). The apartment itself is fairly new and beautiful. We (as a couple) had everything we needed. What really stands out is the hospitality of the Greek people, and especially that of the hosts. We were supplied with a lot of tips for the surrounding area and the communication was very pleasant. Breakfast was AMAZING and we often used the leftovers for lunch on day trips. You need a car to discover the surrounding area, but the small town is within walking distance and we highly recommend the local taberna's for an authentic Greek experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic place. A nice spacious apartment and a spacious terrace with beautiful views. lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Konstantinos was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We got delicious cherries from his garden!

Filanthi’s place is amazing! The view from the first floor balcony is breathtaking, and we had all our breakfast and evening drinks there. In the house, everything you could possibly need in the there, and more - no need to raid the supermarket on your first day for find olive oil, vinegar, mustard, tomato sauce, herbs and condiments for the kitchen, or soap and shampoo, let alone cleaning products or mosquito repellents: it’s all there. There’s coffee, bread and jam from breakfast, and a lovely basket of fruit and biscuits awaiting you when you come in. What a welcome! We have been renting places for 20 years but have never seen such a well appointed house. Filanthi was a delightful host and even invited us to the local village fete, which was a great experience. Overall a fantastic holiday. As a family we could not recommend this house enough !

This property is located in a tiny village in a hilly region with great views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The host was responsive and communicative, and we had no difficulty finding the apartment (which occupies the upper level of a building; the people living on the ground floor were also quite helpful - especially in gaining access when we arrived). On entering, there seemed to be a slight dusty smell, perhaps because the apartment had not been occupied for a while, but it was all clean and we have no complaints about it. Most of the furniture and ornaments are thoughtfully chosen antiques. Guests will most likely need to bring some food with them, and should be aware that there they will need to climb a few steps from street level to the apartment.
