Nikos’ apartment was an important factor that made our short stay in lovely Kastoria a wonderful experience. Its view is amazing, the studio is spacious, new and modern decorated, equipped with everything and more you need and super clean. Nikos was very communicative and offered us late check out which was really helpful for us. I would come back to Kastoria and to Nikos’ apartment again and I highly recommend you to do the same!

This home is tastefully restored in a very charming traditional spirit. It's spacious and well decorated. Our is very welcoming and attentive to our requests. Just the language barrier we compensated with the phone translator. The environment is very quiet and pleasant in a beautiful landscape. Restaurants serve typical dishes, especially with locally sinned fish (during our stay in early May were trout). We enjoyed it.

Hands down one of the best places we've stayed, across Europe let alone in North Macedonia. The views are exceptional, it's really hard to take in how beautiful the place is. The location was so peaceful, literally right in front of the lake. About 3 minutes drive up the road is a local shop where you can get a surprising amount of items. The apartment is massive, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are huge. The apartment has massive open spaces and extends out the back into a seating area which is insane. The seating area has couches, views of the forest and a place to make BBQ. The host was so so nice, we loved her. She brought us Macedonian coffee when we arrived and it was amazing. She is extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, don't hesitate, book it now. P.S. we have two kids, a 4 year old and a 1 year old and the place was ideal for them, huge spaces to run around.

I think there are only a few occasions that a place would really deserve to be named special and unique. Myrto's ''serene stone house'', is the absolute definiton of that! Truly beautiful and cosy, everything inside this house is obviously done with attention to the tiniest detail, but most of all this house is ideal for anyone in search for peace of mind. Located at the very end of a small village - less than ten houses-, sourrounded by mountains, making it of course a very quiet, relaxing place, plus in 2 kilometers distance the mesmerising small prespa lake beggins. Myrto is a great great host!! She gives all information about possible hiking tours inside the forest and the villages around, contacts of local guides, possible boat trips inside the lake, suggestions where to find local products plus many -in detail- restaurant reccomendations. I cannot praise enough the complete , definitely memorable, experience this house and its host are able to offer its visitors!
