Cet appartement logé dans une magnifique propriété est splendide. Elle est situé face au lac dans une environnement verdoyant et fleuri. L’intérieur est cosy, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Le grand balcon est un vrai plus : nous avons pu y prendre nos repas tout en admirant la vue magnifique sur le lac. L’accès privé au lac est également un vrai privilège. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions notre hôte pour sa réactivité et ses précieux conseils.

Paola's place is amazing! It's in such a great location in Baveno, right near the water. Super convenient access to the public transit boats to venture all around Maggiore. The views from the unit and balcony are absolutely unreal! Also a great place for families. Paola was so helpful, great host! Highly recommend!

Zuerst muss ich die Kommunikation mit Yvonne sehr positiv hervorheben. Auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und immer hilfsbereit. Ausstattung an Geräten wie zu Hause, alles da. Geschirr , Besteck und Gläser mehr als ausreichend vorhanden . Was das Highlight ist , der grandiose Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore beim Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Zur Ufer Promenade nach Belgirate mit dem Auto sind es fünf Minuten.. Zu Fuß zum Ort sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Zum hoch laufen sind es 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte ist genau hier richtig. Immer wieder gerne. Grüssle Thomas

Wow - this accommodation was just spectacular. I think we were upgraded to a different apartment when we checked in because people had extended their stay in the one we had booked but wow - the view from our apartment was spectacular. Giuliano, the host onsite is wonderful - above and beyond helpful. The location is perfect - the walk down is daunting at first because of the stairs however once you’re down you realise it’s not that far. Walking up is probably easier - I was with my parents (62 and 70) and they managed fine. Giuliano offered some recommendations for restaurants which were great sand we did the Borromeo islands - a walk from the apartment to the ferry. Great washing facilities at the apartments too. An extremely enjoyable experience and would most certainly return to the same apartment and location. The views were unlike anything I’d seen before - magic.

We loved staying at Philippa’s apartment; it is literally in the center of the square in the center of town. Orta St.Giulio is a magical place and this apartment helps you experience that magic, from both the wide front windows and the beautiful roof top. Everything was comfortable, very clean, and easy to use. Having a washing machine made the stay easier, and the water pressure was great. Hearing the chatter from the square (no cars, fortunately) was lovely. The instructions that Philippa left for us were clear and helpful — everything from how to use the apartment to what restaurants and walks are nearby. She even organized a taxi for us to get to the airport on our last day. We loved Lago Orta and we loved this apartment.

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

We had a very good moment in this apartment. The check-in was very easy with Alberto, he made it good. He made us feel very welcome. The apartment is clean, the bed is good, the shower is very good. We had all the stuff needed for cooking, the internet was very good. Many items were already available when we arrived for the kitchen like coffee, milk, bottle of water but also for the bathroom with shampoo, body soap and other commodities. Thank you for this apartment that made our trip really excellent !!!

Andrea, ein netter und engagierter Gastgeber mit einer sauberen und schön eingerichteten Unterkunft direkt am See. Wir waren zu zweit hier für 4 Nächte und es gab keine Probleme. Die Lage ist mehr als Toll, absolut direkt am See mit Bademöglichkeit inklusive Sonnenterrasse.

Perfekte Lage, schönes und sauberes Apartment. Der kleine Balkon und vor allem die kleine, abgeschlossene Einzel-Garage für unsere Motorräder waren nochmal extra Pluspunkte. Die Kommunikation mit Edoardo war sehr gut und völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Je suis partie avec ma famille et nous avons été ravis de trouver un logement pouvant accueillir 6 personnes sans qu'on se sente à l'étroit. La maison était superbe, propre avec un petit jardin et dans un quartier très calme, mais non loin d'autres activités aux alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Ingrid a su faire preuve de flexibilité quant à l'horaire de notre arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Tout était à disposition, même bien plus. En effet, nous avions également des articles de bains offerts et des petits apéritifs pour notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement!

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf den See. Leider fährt mehrfach täglich aber auch nachts der Zug vorbei, was laut ist. Wir hatten in den 1. Tagen Pech, da eine sehr laute italienische Familie unter uns wohnte, da war nichts mit Siesta und Entspannung. Danach wurde er besser.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

nice space!! beautiful view and it's amazing to have private access to the lake. Only downsides: you need to bring own bedsheets, towels and also kitchen towels - the beds are not that comfortable and on busy days you hear the road (especially the motorbikes). But overall awesome place and amazing value for the price!

Monica's place is perfect! Location is amazing - so close to the ferry station and all the restaurants and shops.

When you enter the apartment “La Isola Madre” you feel right at home and very welcome. Paolo and his mom were wonderful hosts, always kind and so helpful. Right from the start helping us with our luggage, guiding us in finding parking locations, and giving us great recommendations where to eat and what to visit. If we needed something additionally to the already well equipped apartment, they quickly got it for us. We had to fight the heat a little, but if you close the blinds in the morning and open them up late in the afternoon, and with the help of the ventilators you’ll get along. We were rewarded with a wonderful lake view only spoiled by the sign of the cafe below the apartment. The apartment is in the touristic center of Verbania so it might get a bit loud from time to time. We thank you for being such great hosts and will always remember our stay at your place. Ons verblijf bij Lodana en Lele is onvergetelijk geworden. Eentje die we nog lang en dierbaar zullen herinneren.. Wat een warme gastvrouw en wat een prachtige locatie. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat dit een perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor als je het Lago Maggiore wilt verkennen. Lodana was zo lief voor onze twee maanden jonge zoon, zelfs aan een babybadje heeft ze gedacht! En je hebt het niet van ons; maar Lele's pizza's zijn niet te versmaden! Huisje is ruim en met veel kamertjes, lekker Italiaans ingericht. Uitzicht is fenomeenaal en we hebben heerlijk geluncht en geborreld aan de buitentafel. Nogmaals veel dank voor alles en we zien elkaar graag weer in de toekomst!

Wir haben 7 wunderbare Wochen in Simones Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Simone war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Quel plaisir d'avoir été reçue par Charlotte et non une simple boîte à clé. Logement au top idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. En moins d'une 1/2 après notre arrivée nous avions déjà reçus plein de bons plans!! Bien tenir compte des nombreux escaliers pour des personnes qui auraient des difficultés à se déplacer. Astuce parking...celui de l'embarcadère à 5mn permet des abonnements journée ou semaine si vous êtes trop chargés.

Hôte réactive permettant une entrée dans le logement facile. Appartement très bien équipé, le jardin ensoleillé et la balançoire en font un très bel atout pour les enfants. Merci Rafaella pour ce séjour.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Die Location ist super. Das Apartment war blitzeblank sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa ist zwar nicht so bequem, zwei Erwachsene können aber gut drauf schlafen. Außerdem ist es sehr praktisch, da es sich tagsüber schnell und unkompliziert einklappen lässt und man somit mehr Platz hat.
