I had an amazing 70-day stay in this apartment in Arona, both for business and to experience Italian culture. Giuseppe is a fantastic host—super responsive, kind, and always helpful. From day one, he made sure everything was perfect, making me feel truly welcome. The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for a single visitor or a couple. It’s comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything needed for a stress-free stay. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the stunning Lago Maggiore, excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and major routes. Whether heading to Milan, Malpensa Airport, or even Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, everything is within easy reach. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of a great apartment, a perfect location, and an exceptional host made this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful Christmas week in this apartment with my husband and our children. Since our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owner, who made everything even more special by decorating the apartment with Christmas lights and a delicious ornamented sauce. A detail that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere truly magical!The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very convenient: it is located a few meters from the ski slopes, perfect for those who love skiing without having to take the car. It has private parking, a key detail to avoid stress with luggage and skis. There are restaurants and bars nearby, making the experience even more enjoyable and practical. We can only highly recommend this place for a vacation in the mountains, both for the great location and for the care and attention shown by the owner. We'll definitely be back!!

The place is cozy and unique, with a great living area. The terrace is wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the lake. Fabio is a friendly person and always available for any information. I mean, they were great days.

Great modern apartment, familiar feeling in a small village, beautiful view, cozy and roomy if you can't do a lot because of bad weather. You have to bring toilet paper yourself and the kitchen equipment is rather sparse. Nevertheless, definitely recommended to go there!

Great Host, very present and attentive, he was able to accommodate us in all our requests. The flat is a cozy and peaceful space, perfect for a couple. If I will ever be in the neighbourhood again I’ll gladly book here again ☺️

what can I say if not everything above expectations, from the house that is magnificent and takes you back in time, but with all the essentials and Viola's touch in the small details that make the difference. The place is in itself enchanting with a beautiful view, the village is equally pleasant and well kept, with narrow streets that branch off and make you want to go "browse" and discover. Viola is a sunny girl and also very attentive. In an instant she managed to solve the barbecue problem by making her uncle (who lives next door) appear with a charcoal starter and wood ;-) and the barbecue came to life in an instant. We opted for a quiet vacation made up of exploring villages, searching with the metal detector and bathing in the stream. A special mention must also be made to the uncle, a non-trivial person with whom it was very pleasant to get lost in a couple of chats with morning coffee and a view of the valley and mountains that opened the heart.

Stefania and her husband are great hosts. They are very friendly and helped us when we had a problem with our car. The place is great with an amazing view!

After a very warm welcome we were left to make ourselves at home in a very special and beautifully presented space. there are some very quirky furnishings and everything is absolutely spotless. the area is beautuful and peaceful. we really enjoyed our stay

Bolzano N. was a great base for exploring the region of the lakes. Very friendly welcome by Cristiana's parents. They were very helpful and at the same time very discreet.

The small apartment has an excellent location in Baveno. In one minute you can walk to the lake/harbor and have the choice between many restaurants, ice cream parlors and breakfast places. There is also a small supermarket directly opposite, where you can find the most important things for cooking. The parking lot right outside the door and the small private courtyard is super quiet and private. Simply perfect. We also used the washing machine and were able to feel at home in this small apartment. Baveno is very well located in Stresa and you can take great excursions in any direction. For us, the stay here was very nice and suited our needs exactly.

Lovely, authentic house in central Baveno. The three balconies are lovely, especially the rooftop terrace with the lake view. It is a ten minute walk from the lake and old town, 5 minutes to the trian station ad 15 minutes to a small supermarket. The communication with Emanuelle is great, the check in was super easy and he was there with anything that we needed from him.

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful time at Elisa, Marco, and Luce’s house. The garden is very beautiful with memorable encounters of different kinds, especially for our children. The small village is very authentic, provides everything one needs and additionally offers many treasures: among them a large playground, a wonderful waterfall, beautiful hiking trails, charming churches, ... Highly recommended place!

Our stay went very well. Guglielmo welcomed us and the accommodation was as advertised on Airbnb. The rowing region that I already knew deserves a lot of attention to the many sites it has as well as the excellent catering it offers

Andrea's place is very well located. 5 minutes walk from the center. It is on the top floor and has a beautiful view. The residence is very quiet. It is very easy to park. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. Andrea responds very quickly when interacting. We loved our 5 day stay. Everything was perfect and the proximity to the lake, restaurants and shops allow you to do everything on foot. We hope to be back very soon! I highly recommend it.

Our visit to Marta’s place was relaxing and enjoyable. We spent two nights there and decided to eat in both nights because of the location and facilities. Marta even sorted out the barbecue for us. Lots of nice touches milk, juice,breakfast stuff all available upon our arrival. A very relaxing stop in a busy area of the lake.

This was our second visit to Carolina’s place. The location and the view of the lake is second to none.
