She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Monica and Giulio's house is located in a very quiet place, close to Stresa. It's a place full of charm with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. Monica is very welcoming and her house is a little paradise. We spent 5 very pleasant days there.

The accommodation is very nice, well furnished and with everything you need available. It is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from Ivrea. Marco is a very helpful and kind host. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice newly updated apartment, some reviews said it was at times loud since it’s by the train station but we didn’t hear anything inside. Rigers was very responsive and even gave us some local recommendations.

Renata's apartment is as described on the website: it is pleasant, quiet, and not extravagant. Renata was responsive and helpful with suggestions for dinner. Tronzano is not a major tourist attraction, it is a rather sleepy town about 50km from Turin. You can be sure that you are not taking critical housing away from anyone. Renata has one hilarious review which claims that the apartment has not been renovated. It *has* been renovated -- the vaulted ceiling is clear proof of this -- but she has chosen to keep the original doors, which simply give it a more traditional look. It is a nice place to stay if you are passing through.

I rented the accommodation with my wife on the occasion of the Adunata Alpini, a very quiet and strategic location, also easily accessible since the main roads are about 1 km away, and the center can be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes. Host available and thoughtful, we needed a courtesy and were satisfied in a short time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

I will gladly return, everything as I expected, that is, excellent. funny but not implied: it's the first time I smell the scent of clean sheets, I felt at home.

This property was exactly what was described, if you use the washing machine there is a public dryer at the end of the block. Don’t miss going up the funicular to the top town- great experience. Giovanna and Frederick were very helpful and responsive. The only improvement I would consider is a darker curtain over the bedroom window to enhance sleep in opportunities. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable.

My sister and I were, even with families, in several Airbnb apartments. We never found such a well-equipped apartment as Luca's. The bed and sofa bed have very comfortable mattresses, already the first night we rested very well. There's really everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet, central, clean and well equipped. The building is vintage, the stairs are old, but the apartment is modern and stylishly furnished. We highly recommend Luca's apartment. We visited the castle of Masino with the guide, wonderful. We'll definitely be back in Ivrea.

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely apartment in the centre of Borgomanero! It was super clean and spotless, with everything you could need and more. Great location, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Also only a short drive from major tourist spots. Would definitely recommend!
