Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Vercelli

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Alessandro was a very attentive host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Even at high outside temperatures, it is nice and cool inside. The proximity to the lake is also great! We could walk to everything.

I think we made the right location and choice of homes in the holiday plan we made to visit Lake Maggiore and its surroundings. The house and all the amenities in it were as mentioned and met all our expectations. The host Elena gave us prompt and constructive responses whenever we reached out to her and guided us correctly. The house was; well maintained, well decorated and clean, the area was quiet, parking access was 50m from the building and easy. We had a smooth stay, used all the amenities and were very comfortable. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the area.

Ideal location and excellent starting point for those who want to visit the beautiful Biellese territory such as the Burcina park, the charming village of Rosazza, the historic center of Biella (with active cable car for the village of Piazzo) or to eat a good polenta concia near the sanctuary of Oropa and walk through the paths that the surroundings offer. We thank the Host for their kindness and availability. Very responsive in communications and with great local tips and tips. Cascina Vica's apartment is very nice, warm, clean, smelly, cozy, comfortable, well cared for, functional and equipped. Surrounded by greenery and much appreciated by 4-legged friends. We had a nice 2 day stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Alberto's accommodation. After being super friendly received by Alberto's wife, we made ourselves comfortable on the large terrace and enjoyed the sun and the breathtaking view of the adjacent hills and mountains. The house is absolutely sufficient for a holiday for two (with animal companions) and offers everything you need. A special highlight is the charcoal grill, on which we were able to conjure up delicious dinners. The garden is huge and was the perfect balance for our two dogs after a more turbulent week in Tuscany. The small town of Varallo with the monastery on the mountain top is absolutely recommended, beautiful! The restaurants and cafés there are definitely worth one or more visits. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend the accommodation, especially to dog owners!

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

We were two for a week at The Lake and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with whirlpool is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. You can't hear it at all when the windows are closed. The street on which the house is located is also not very busy. The facility is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and sights - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on the spot if there were any questions or problems. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

Despite the fact that Alexandra was not there at the time, we talked and she was always in touch! the magnificent flowers of her terrace and the cleanliness of the apartment, wonderfully made up for the missing views from the window and the rainy weather)) I recommend Alexandra's accommodation for everyone who wants to visit this town, in silence, her apartment is a real little paradise!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! Giovanni's accommodation is perfect for two people. Everything you need is available and very nicely furnished. The terrace is quiet and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evenings outside. Communication with Giovanni was very easy and he also responded directly to concerns. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking and gravel biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk from the center. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to going back. I highly recommend it.

Accommodation even better than the description, very bright, also livable outside, close to the center and with the possibility of taking nice walks both in the village and in the surroundings. Very nice stay at Adriano and Maria Grazia's. The hosts gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has a terrace/courtyard that we really enjoyed. The setting is also very beautiful in a quiet village and a magnificent view from the nearby church. We strongly recommend!
