Dear Cinzia! We would like to say Thank you for such a fabulous stay in the condominium! The minute we entered the apartment we have fallen in love, in particular with the cleanliness of the apartment: no dust anywhere, all cupboards, the wardrobe inside, the floors in every corner including the balcony, even the organization of trash and it was sparkling. Clean, ironed bed linen, the towels (white as we like). All in all, the high quality of the appliances and the furniture are as if it was made with very greaf care! We have been to many places, but we haven't stayed in such a lovely, clean apartment. My wife especially felt like at home as everything was to high standards. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We were happy to get home in the evening after a day of adventures. Hope to come back and stay in Eden66

Cosetta’s apartment was lovely. Great location and a spectacular view. Walking distance to a cute little Bottega that has everything you would need. The shop owner is super helpful. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get down to the town. The town of San Giolio is lovely. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lago di Orta. We were in this truly unique apartment at the beginning of June. We will definitely miss having the calm lake right in front of us. Particularly noteworthy is the really very good equipment of the apartment. With the kayak provided, we were on the go a lot and were able to explore the lake from the water. We definitely want to come back.

Very nice apartment, tidy and clean. Very close on foot to the beautiful Candelo refuge. Super helpful host both for check in/out and for tips on activities to do in the area. He also runs a pizzeria on the ground floor that makes excellent pizzas at super honest prices, and when you arrive in the evening tired and not even wanting to cook, it's a nice plus.

Despite the fact that Alexandra was not there at the time, we talked and she was always in touch! the magnificent flowers of her terrace and the cleanliness of the apartment, wonderfully made up for the missing views from the window and the rainy weather)) I recommend Alexandra's accommodation for everyone who wants to visit this town, in silence, her apartment is a real little paradise!

We had a great time with our one-year-old son at Sabrina's apartment. Everything you need is available and the garden is also very nice. Parking in the nearby parking lot is easy and free. Baby bed and high chair were provided to us. All around good.

Giovanni's accommodation is perfect for two people. Everything you need is available and very nicely furnished. The terrace is quiet and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evenings outside. Communication with Giovanni was very easy and he also responded directly to concerns. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking and gravel biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

Beautiful apartment in a central location with lake view We had a great time in this wonderfully located apartment. The accommodation is very central – everything is easily accessible – and the two balconies overlooking the lake are a real highlight. Although a road runs in the immediate vicinity, the noise level was surprisingly low and hardly disturbed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you can immediately see that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. A big plus was also the warm hostess. We were lucky to meet her in person, which made the stay even more personal and enjoyable. We were also particularly pleased that dogs are allowed - a clear bonus for us as dog owners! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place.

This apartment keeps everything that was promised. Very clean and bright, spacious apartment. Very centrally located,you can reach everything in a short time,whether shopping, restaurants, bars or the Lago. The apartment is quietly located and has everything you need. We had two medium size dogs with us, which was also no problem at all. We are completely thrilled and thank Roberto again for this great place. We'll book tomorrow for next year.

The apartment is very nicely located in the middle of the traffic-calmed zone, on the large and well-equipped roof terrace you don't hear any of the traffic shower and bathroom work perfectly. The couch in the living room is comfortable. The kitchen is conveniently equipped. We felt very comfortable. We were also allowed to check out later, we can fully recommend the apartment.

Dream vacation!! Host available and kind. The location is perfect for spending time in complete relaxation in contact with nature and beautiful trails that start directly from the house. Comfortable house and equipped with all comforts. A nice swim in the pool after a hike is the icing on the cake

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

The appartement was really clean and everything you needed was there. It's a quiet living area and we reichen wonderful sights and spots from there. Only bad thing always in Italy are the mosquitos - they love me!

Vila Antica Colonia is a truly special place that we can highly recommend. The various apartments are all quite different in style and size and are perfect for a longer stay if you have the time. Sadly for us we were only there for two nights, but when we return, as we must surely do, we’ll try to stay for longer. The location is very peaceful & the views of the Lake from the apartments are stunning. Monica was the perfect host, she assisted in recommending places to visit, along with local restaurants. I’d definitely advise anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa treatments, I had the most heavenly massage. The therapist was extremely intuitive and instantly recognised the areas of stress in my muscles, that she miraculously seemed to relieve. If we’d stayed longer I’d have had a course of treatments, they were so good!

We had a lovely stay. We had good seating for 6 people. Mauro is easily accessible and responded immediately to any questions. The pool is beautiful, but could not use it much due to the bad weather. The location is between Baveno and Stresa. Difficult to reach on foot because the property is right on the main road and it has no curb. However, by car/taxi it is not a problem. All in all very good and can be recommended.
