Beautiful clean apartment and very close to the beach! Highly recommended

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. We stayed with Giulia and Angelo in their penthouse for two weeks. Easy to get to with street parking right in front of the house. On foot,in 5 minutes you can reach the seafront and then the beach. The area is super quiet both day and night. Just minutes away are an oven,pizzeria, self laundry, Tigre hypermarket, grocery store. The apartment reflects the listing, cleanliness and impeccable order. Giulia and Angelo welcomed us in the late evening and were always available and considerate for our every request...fantastic! By Roseto I can say that it is an ideal destination for families with children and lots of relaxation! Thank you guys! See you soon! :)

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

We stayed in Alba Adriatica in Caterina's apartment 15 days in July. We had a great time. The apartment is large, great for a family, we have a 2 year old. The apartment is clean, large, with 2 balconies, kitchen with everything you need, closets, washing machine, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. It's on the first floor without an elevator, but you can safely take a stroller because the stairs are wide. It is close to the sea both equipped beaches and free beach, 5 minutes walk, and all amenities, at the same time it is in a quiet and quiet area. Parking below the house. Caterina is a friendly, attentive, helpful and available host.

Everything is completely new, two air conditioners that work great, well-functioning wifi network, a smart TV in line and well-functioning. Great studio for two people 10 minutes drive from the sea. In addition, the owners, very kind, offer homemade sweets and warm drinks for breakfast. Definitely a place to come back.

This was not our first visit and each and every time Dori makes the visit so enriching, rewarding and beautiful. The house is in exceptional condition and pristinely clean. Dori is an invaluable resource for all things in the area. She is also extremely responsive and proactive. If she hears of pending weather changes or there is a local activity in the coming days; Dori is quick to let you know and help facilitate excursions. We will be back (again). Mille Grazie, Dori!

Pineto is an undiscovered gem. At the end of the season I only saw one English-speaking tourist. The locals are welcoming and friendly. One lady even gave my son a toy car and another free, delicious ice cream! The beach is fantastic and separated from the town by a stretch of 2000 umbrella pine trees. There are plenty of places to eat right on the beach and in Pineto. Santino always replied to my questions promptly, but I saw more of his parents, who frequent the property regularly to water the plants, etc. They are super friendly and we enjoyed many nice conversations with them in broken English/Italian and with a little help from Translator. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and has a panoramic view of the Abruzzo hills/mountains. If you stay here, you will need to rent or bring a car, as walking to the beach isn't practical. However, the Pineto beach and Atri both being an 8ish minute drive away was hardly an inconvenience. We enjoyed the privacy and so, so much more.

recently renovated house, well-stocked, excellent location a few meters from the beach. We only had one small issue with hot water dispensing the first night, soon resolved. Very helpful and responsive host. We were unable to take advantage of indoor parking, but there are several free parking spaces nearby. I highly recommend this home.

We really loved our stay. The apartment was atmospheric and spacious, with comfy beds, a large terras and great views. There is a beautifully located pool. The owners were very helpful. They made reservations for beach beds, nice local restaurants and bicyles for the Trabocchi coast bicycle route. We loved their friendly pets and animals. It's nestled in the hills of Abruzzo and has 360 views of the countryside. This part of Italy is less touristic but has it all: high mountains, medieval villages, great beaches and is still very affordable!

The villa is at is like in the picture, we enjoyed our stay because we went there as a big family and the space is so good for us,the house is clean and cool because its all aircondition. We will be back for sure for next summer.

The stay at apartment L9 was an absolutely positive experience. The property is in a very convenient location, a few steps from the Tortoreto promenade and bathing establishments, and offers a view of both the sea and the mountains. The apartment, whose furniture is cared for in every detail, is equipped with all the necessary appliances, with excellent quality linens (both bedroom and bathroom) and all the comforts possible to spend a relaxing vacation. A gem of this apartment is definitely the pergotten, a very well-kept space where you can have breakfast or dinner and then relax in the living room. My partner and I appreciated, along with the order and cleanliness of the house, also and above all the kindness of the host who, in addition to providing essential services such as linen change and cleaning of the apartment and offering us a beautiful welcome basket, was very available for any eventuality and also gave us, during the stay in Tortoreto, directions on where to dine or what to visit around Tortoreto during our stay. Surely if we can return to Abruzzo we will more than willingly stay in this real jewel!

Felice was warm and helpful, always an email away with any questions I may have or if I needed anything. The apartment is on the second floor you need to walk up 2 flight of stairs it was not an issue, the apartment was large and private, very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect for me since it right in the middle of the two locations I needed to go. Its less than 10 mins from Teramo center and about 15 mins from Campli center. I really enjoy having a remote that would open the gate to the driveway. I could park my car in the driveway when I wanted and didn't have to bother anyone to open the gate. One other place I stayed I had to call the person each time I wanted to enter the gate and park my car, than tell them when I wanted to leave. This way I was free to come and go as I please. The washing machine was very helpful and did a good job washing my clothes. I air dyed my clothes in the apartment, not sure if there was a place to hang them outside, I didn't ask, but Felice can comment and let us know. There were plenty of outlets to plug in a computer or charge your phone. The apartment is newly updated and has modern light switches. Very nice place and would recommend it.

We stayed in this house at the end of July 2023. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The landlady was always friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were included and great. The house was fully equipped. we are as a family and for 7 two dogs were allowed to move freely. the dogs were allowed to move freely. only shortcoming that there were no air conditioners. so it was not so easy to sleep at night. however we give our best review. we highly recommend this! thanks for the great stay.

Very nice apartment,every comfort present: ducted air conditioning in every room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New furniture, fast wifi and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy, with air fresheners around the house and building. the sink on the balcony is very convenient for rinsing the costumes. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot, and less than a km from the apartment, there are 2 discount stores, a Conad supermarket, and other convenient shops. Bicycles are available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by a gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices

We stayed in this apartment with mine husband and my children (2 and 4 years old) The apartment was equipped with everything you need for children (high chair, camping bed and sheets). We were able to move well using the bikes they had always made available for the guests. Excellent check-in service, they also lent us an umbrella for a day when we were going to visit friends in another beach. The establishment where the umbrella is included in the price is very nice. Unique flaw: the lack of a freezer inside the apartment, some essential utensils (e.g. colander) and the possibility of having a change of sheets. Otherwise great service!
