New place in perfect condition, equipped with everything. Large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with sofas and coffee table; sea view also in the kitchen. Large spaces, friendly, kind, and responsive host. We had a great week being able to go comfortably to the sea. I'll definitely be back.

We recommend! Only an air conditioning would definitely be in place soon. The temperatures have risen so much in recent years that you can hardly sleep even at night. Unfortunately, the walls are also relatively thin, so you can hear your neighbors at night, if they are still on the road until late, then return. Otherwise great pool with fantastic views! Perfect place to relax and get down! Thanks!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Very positive experience, Mrs. Cristina was helpful, gave us a lot of advice on where to go in the area, the house is very clean and the location convenient to reach the sea. Free street parking easy to find. 5 deserved stars

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.
