Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

The house as seen in the pictures, getting to the place and access to the parking lot are not very convenient, we had a relatively large car. The hostess was very kind and made sure to ask if everything was okay. We don't know if it is customary in the area to have nets on the windows, lots of insects came in at night and during the day and we avoided opening windows and there is no air conditioning. All in all it was really nice, there is everything you need in the kitchen and a large space in the apartment

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

A truly magical adventure. The barrel was sufficiently large and the beds very comfortable. Also the bathroom was provided with everything. So there are no wishes left.

Marco and his family are kind and helpful. We had a really good time. The apartment has every comfort, we didn't miss anything. Having arrived at lunchtime despite their restaurant being closed, they were very kind to prepare us a plate of pasta, which we really appreciated, especially our daughter. We can only thank them again and above all highly recommend their structure.

My stay at Domenico's house was great. The house is located in a nice typical Italian little village with its square and church, immersed in a quiet countryside, but only a few kms away from the city of Roseto and its nice beaches. The house has a private garden where you can dine or have your breakfast in the countryside quiet while having a wonderful view of the Abruzzo landscape and of the Gran Sasso, the highest Appennini's mountain. It is furnished with all you may need during a stay. Domenico and his wife Silvana are the perfect hosts. I recommend them!

It was just a perfect stay! The house is huge and in a great location. For my tribe finally reunited with 4 scrambled children it was a holiday of absolute freedom. After the morning at the sea, for them there was the afternoon in the pool under the olive trees: very happy! I enjoyed the sunrises on the sea and the evening breeze from the balconies that revolve around the house. There is even a bathroom with balcony overlooking the back. With the French door wide open, it felt like a shower in the trees. Antonello is a welcoming and helpful host and made us feel comfortable. A small internet connection issue was resolved immediately. Carmine, the person who follows the olive groves, was also very kind and generous to us: he brought us the tool to cook the Abruzzo roasts and gave us wine. Thank you for all the attention and great oil!

Great location, new and clean house, one person stays to sleep in an area next door during the accommodation. Comfortable for sea and the center of the country.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

We were two families and had a great time. Very large house with large outdoor spaces, very comfortable barbecue area and finally a large swimming pool overlooking the valley. Great location 15 minutes from the sea. Highly recommended

You stay in a room in a farmhouse in the hills near Controguerra. The view of the vineyards and the mountainous landscape in the distance is breathtaking. The hospitality is exceptional: the hosts recommended many restaurants in the area and a very long list of places to visit for all tastes. Every time we followed their advice, we were extremely satisfied. Simple and genuine breakfast, with fresh and well-kept products.

We had an amazing experience at Panfilo! Anna Maria and Lino are some of the sweetest, warmest people and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations. They were so welcoming right from the start, serving us some of their homemade vino cotto (an abruzzese specialty), taking us on a tour of the entire farm, and letting us harvest seasonal veggies from their crops to cook for dinner. The place itself needs no praise - it is as gorgeous as it looks in pictures. The room is cozy and comfortable, and there’s plenty of space around the house to sit and lounge throughout day. We wanted to do a bbq one day, and they readily pointed us to a macelleria at the nearby town and got the charcoal started for us in the evening. The ultimate joy came every morning, seeing the lovely breakfast set-up with a whole array of food, both sweet and savoury. Not only did it keep us fulfilled for the rest of the day, we had some leftover pastries to bring along for our hike! Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

Thank you to the host Lorenzo for the availability shown throughout your stay. We really appreciated the apartment inside the company in the family cottage. Very nice quality renovations and decor, soundproofed windows and a beautiful terrace where you can eat and cook thanks to the BBQ provided. The outdoor pool is useful for a piavecole stop on your way back from the beach. Free beach that can be reached on foot and 300 meters away. Apochi meters away if you want there are also equipped beaches. Strategic location to reach the village of Colonnella, a 15-minute drive from where you can enjoy a beautiful view from above. YOU'RE ALL SET !

This is a great place, beautiful view lovely pool (the photos don't do it justice) clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 13. of mixed ages. The restaurant just down the road was fantastic and provided a great option for food out without anyone needing to drive. Worth knowing the pool towels are actually down at the beach at the hotel linked to the property on the coast.. Bins were a bit complicated but we worked it out. It might have been easier for us just to ask marco to explain. Take mosquito spray. However our holiday was worth every bite !

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. I recommend everyone to stay here! More than worth your money. Love from us.
