We stayed in shoulder season so the town was quiet and not a lot of action. But we loved the place being right across the street from the beach. And it was clean and comfortable. Only thing we recommend is the host investing in better pillows for guests. Otherwise a great spot in a quiet beach centred community.

The apartment is just a few steps away from a quiet beach. I was here for the second time and would always come back! Highly recommended!

I was a guest for a weekend with my family (my wife and two children aged 8 and 12). The apartment is very nice, functional and well furnished. A special mention to the beautiful equipped terrace that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The three flights of stairs without an elevator are definitely worth it. In the area, there are restaurants and clubs, as well as the promenade (right in front of the house). Zina is very quiet and has free parking in the immediate vicinity. Matteo was punctual and precise in his answers, making the stay even more pleasant.

I spent a relaxing vacation at Caterina's apartment, an apartment that is literally 30 meters from the sea. Great value.

Maria Chiara and Cinzia were very pleasant hosts, polite and welcoming well beyond what was due. They offer a villa that is designed for themselves and does not seem to be in a tourist location with the minimum necessary equipment. You can see that they are delightful people who know the art of care. Impeccable bathrooms and everything completely renovated. The location was perfect: sheltered from the chaos of the clubs in a residential area overlooking a wonderful park, a stone's throw from the sea and with plenty of choice for spending the evening with bars, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who have children, because despite the stairs, everything is safe with gates and stops that make you feel at ease. I hope to return and find it with the same care!

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)

The host is really helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Ready to help us out anytime with anything we request. The place is just 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the train station. If you don’t mind about hearing train this is the place for you to stay. Restaurants and supermarket close by. I recommend the place and the host very much.

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would always be happy to come back.

Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. The apartment is a very comfortable family home, a few steps from the sea but in a quiet and airy area. We will definitely return to enjoy more days of vacation by the sea, also thanks to an excellent accommodation for quality/price.

Fabulous week! Together with my husband, our three-year-old daughter and our 14-year-old dog, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. There has never been a pleasant breeze that refreshes the whole house without needing to turn on the air conditioning, the house is super clean and super functional, it is more spacious than it may seem in the photo and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very kind paolo in the directions on the phone, and Valeria is super available for any advice and to solve any type of need. Third floor without an elevator but we had no problem going up and down with the old lady and with the baby, so promoted and highly recommended! Hope to come back ♥️

Beautiful place , the place was spotless

We had a great time in Giovanna‘s appartement: amazing sea view 24/7, blue sky, green water, white sand beaches, sunshine…. tutto! This appartement is modern, bright, comfortable, and clean. Giovanna is a perfect host always reachable and friendly. L‘Abbruzzo - this region is amazing, varied with long beaches, hills and mountains countryside to be active at any time. Interesting cities to explore nearby. We say thank you for everything and will be back next year:-)
