Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Rieti

Had a great time here. It's a beautiful property on a series of levels - an upper garden with seating and fabulous views of the valley of the Nera river, a courtyard level and then the lower level with the swimming pool. House oozes character. It's well equipped and nicely appointed. Air con in the bedrooms worked well. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved having breakfast and dinner outdoors with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of Narni. The town has incredible architecture and some great restaurants. Because of the property's split levels and steep stairs down to the pool, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or very young children, but otherwise a really lovely find. It's also quite a steep walk from the centre of town up to the property. Entry gate to the upper parking area is a little tight by UK standards but we fitted an Audi Q3 through with no problem. Would happily stay again.

Dejligt hus og dejlige omgivelser. Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

La Casa di Mary (o meglio dire Villa di Mary) era super accogliente, comoda, spaziosa. Abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte (purtroppo) siamo stati benissimo ampio patio, cucina super fornita, due bagni e le nostre auto stavano a due passi dalla casa. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo nello spazio esterno, con l’altalena e l’ampio giardino. Niccolò è stato super disponibile e gentile! Se volete visitare la zona o rilassarvi nella pace e tranquillità con una bella e comoda piscina vi consiglio di prenotarci e trascorrerete dei momenti indimenticabili! Grazie Nicolò!!

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.

The house is spacious, with everything you need for a stay, clean and in a good location, I would use it again.

Alloggio molto buono, bellissima posiione e host molto disponibile. Unica pecca il wifi non funzionante. Per il resto perfetto!!

Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Giulia è stata molto disponibile nella comunicazione e ci ha dato dei buoni consigli sui ristoranti della zona. Consigliato!

Marta’s stunning historic apartment is right in the heart of Spoletto. Its high ceilings, original stone paved floors, and lavish sofas made for the perfect retreat and also ensured a very cool and shaded getaway, even when the temperature outside was very hot for the duration of my stay. It is one of the nicest historic apartments that I have stayed in and the price is a bargain for the old-world-dolce-vita experience, piazza and all. I was staying there by myself so it felt positively palatial, but I think the experience and feeling would be the same for a couple. Marta is also an excellent and friendly host. [I highly recommend the delicatessen on the corner nearby as well as the pizzerias, gelaterias, and cafés in the piazza].

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte. Ci sono stati dei problemi con il check-in, ma per fortuna si è risolto tutto per il meglio grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. La colazione era semplice ma buona, ottimi i dolci/cornetti! Un piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe utile trovare qualche bottiglia d’acqua in più a disposizione. L’appartamento del soggiorno nel complesso è carino, ma non lo consiglierei a un gruppo di amici(max 4): la seconda camera, con letto a castello, è molto piccola, piena di giochi e peluche, e manca spazio per sistemare i bagagli. Lo vedrei più adatto a una famiglia con bambini.

Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato in stile anni 2000 ricco di luci. Molto gradita l'apparecchiatura per fare una colazione completa in casa.

Excellent logement au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Grande terrasse avec une table et deux chaises pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur le soir. Claudia a fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien dans l'appartement. Il y avait là climatisation dans la chambre et une autre dans la salle. Il y avait tout dans l'appartement. Même de l'huile, sel, poivre etc etc Elle nous a fourni aussi la machine à café et les capsules. Elle était rapide pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Je suis d'avis de conseiller cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Terni.

La casa è molto carina e curata. Il check in è stato semplice e l'host è stato flessibile per gli orari ed ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste.

Casa espectacular. Muy grande, con todas las comodidades, camas muy cómodas, limpieza exquisita, muy moderna, un lujo alojarse en ella. volvería sin dudarlo y me estaría un mes!

Fijn, ruim huis, verrassend privé. Het huis ligt een stukje van de weg in een klein wijkje met andere huizen. Locals, waaronder Adriana (die ons ontving), wonen in de andere huizen.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Tolle Lage am Hang, schöner Pool. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wichtig für die Anreise: Anbindung mit ÖPNV eher schlechter aber kein Hindernis - muss man nur wissen, wenn man mit dem Zug nach Terni reist. Man kann auch Stadträder am Bahnhof leihen - muss nur die Bergetappe hinnehmen :D

Herrliches Haus an einem recht steilen Abhang mit viel Umschwung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad noch nicht benutzbar war und die anderen Spielmöglichkeiten wie Boules, Pingpong und Kickertisch noch im Winterzustand steckten. Bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung müsste unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass das Strässchen sehr steil abfällt und wohl nicht mit jedem Auto erreichbar ist.

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving.
