Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Great location short walk to the main restaurant areas and train station. The apartment is great also clean, secure and has everything you need. Would stay there again. Thanks really enjoyed the stay.

Everything perfect. Optimal, quiet location, a few minutes walk to the center. Everything in the apartment works perfectly. The single garage underneath the apartment was a big advantage for us. Good instructions from Andrea for self check-in. He was always quickly available. One of the most comfortable beds we have encountered in Airbnb apartments.

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean, cute, and colorful studio. There is soft lighting for night, but it's bright during the day with two large windows and an open view. The bed was very comfortable, towels were soft and thick, kitchen was well stocked, and there was sufficient space to hang clothes. A/C worked well during the very hot days. Automatic blinds in the bathroom and sliding doors on the windows keep it dark for sleeping. Great having a washer, full-length mirror, large tv, nice shampoo and shower gel, bottled water in the fridge, and even tissues. The building is modern with a roomy elevator and it's in a very quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral and historic center. I also loved having a vegan restaurant right downstairs. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Federico and Teresa were lovely hosts, accommodated an earlier arrival, and quickly responded to my many questions. I definitely recommend!
