Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Stunning hosting from Marco, he met with us to learn our preferences and then spent time to suggest tailored activities which were all superb. Lovely very quiet location with stunning views. Well designed villa with everything you need.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Casa Margani is a magical place to enjoy the peace of the mountain. I spent a month there and really felt at home. It has a beautiful garden, with oaks and cedars, which give shade, silence and freshness. From there, in 20 minutes by car you can go up to Pintura di Bolognola, from where you start beautiful walks to reach some peaks of the Sibillini, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi and Mount Priora. But above all, the house is right on the path of the lost waterfalls of Sarnano, so on foot, in 20/30 minutes, you can already reach two very cool waterfalls (the "Cascatelle" and the muffins of the Acquasanta). Finally, Tommaso is a very nice guest, ultra helpful and very correct. I'll definitely be back next summer, too!

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really beautiful. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

We spent a very pleasant week in Casa Carotondo's apartment: sober, cared for, equipped with all comforts, it is perfect to enjoy a holiday full of rest. The terrace and the wonderful garden that surrounds the house are a gift to the heart and mind, they invite you to stop to contemplate the calm profile of the mountains that is offered to our view. The house guide we found in the apartment contains, in addition to practical information about local services and shops, a set of suggestions about the many centers of interest nearby . For his part, Rob was very helpful and showed us some nice walks to do in the Sibillini mountains. Our stay. Everything was good. The hosts were very polite and helpful. The check-in was very smooth and the house was as in the description. Overall - recommended!

I spent my 50th birthday party just like I wanted it, with my loved ones in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, with space for my little dog! Family atmosphere with all comforts

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

Elisabetta and Riccardo are the loveliest people, they were really taking good care of us. The view from the pool is phenomenal and we enjoyed our time. With our bikes we took excursions to Sirolo and Ancona, must see places. Would love to come again.
