Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. We will definitely be back. Thanks Fabio!

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

Everything was positive to the point that you wanted to book it for August/Quintana. Unfortunately, already occupied, which did not surprise me since the location is great, the condition of the apartment is good, bright and with a really functional balcony to enjoy the sun or spread out your laundry.

The house is very spacious, cozy and equipped with many amenities that make the stay comfortable and pleasant; it is the ideal place for those looking for a little tranquility and natural beauty. The area is perfect for walking lovers: there are plenty of hiking trails surrounded by nature. I highly recommend this place to those looking for relaxation, nature and comfort in one solution!

Domenico's place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We didn't miss anything, the amenities were fabulous, and the pool is super nicely laid out. For us as a family with baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together by the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

My daughter and I stayed in Arnaldo's house for 2 days. First of all, I wanted to thank Arnaldo for his availability and flexibility with check-in, really really appreciated. The cleanliness of the house is really great. The space is well equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. What else can I say, Arnaldo is really super helpful and very polite, a very good host, seeing a young guy who cares about his work is nice. We'll be back for sure.

The tranquility of the place, the greenery, the trees all around the small garden of aromatic plants in front of the house, characterize it. Giusy host is available for information, local recommendations, and more Very attentive to the environment, she has made various containers available to guests, so that the separate collection of glass, paper, plastic and undifferentiated waste is carried out. Making arrangements with Silvia is extremely easy and all the interaction is pleasant. The accommodation is very nice, clean and in a beautiful area very close to the center with free parking under the house. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The reality of this accommodation far exceeded my expectations! The interior spaces are well-kept and impeccably clean, and there are all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and an excellent set of pots. Obviously, the highlight of the house is the sea-view hot tub, which allows you to relax while immersed in the hills of the area. Alessia was a very kind and helpful host, even offering us a plate of cherries freshly picked from their trees. Thanks again and see you soon!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Beautiful accommodation with a well-maintained property and many beautiful opportunities to enjoy nature! The view from the pool to the Marche countryside was unbeatable!! The hosts Wendy and Paul were very nice!!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade.
