Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Macerata

A beautiful Apartment on the sea coast! It was spacious and very clean. It was quiet with only the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. We visited nearby Loreto and San Benedetto for somethings to do. Great space that I would visit again!

Very considerate host and really nice place to stay. Interior garde and terace is such a blessing. We will def return.

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Very spacious apartment,equipped with all the comforts like being at home! We stayed for two weeks, two adults,three small girls and a dog and we didn't need anythingelse that was not already present in the apartment! Everything was working and clean. Near the pine forest beach that also accepts dogs. What about Valerio... a very nice and super helpful person, friendly and always with a smile,a really nice and humble person. Thank you Valerio for your availability! ☺️

The stay in Massimiliano's apartment was impeccable! Massimiliano was super kind and helpful, and also very flexible as he met me due to an unexpected personal event.

Everything is perfect. Francesco is a top host. I just want to say, if I can leave a tip, that the mattress is slightly uncomfortable and should perhaps be replaced. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately it was a very short stay, I would have gladly stayed longer. The accommodation is very nice and functional, equipped kitchen, sufficiently large spaces, it is easy to find, it is in a great location, pets are allowed.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk for a long time. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright stay, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also a fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very kind and nice, she did not make us miss anything and immediately proved to be really helpful. Once again, the Marche region proves to be a wonderful place, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche people. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

Carlo and Carla's house is a real gem. Spacious spaces, impeccable cleanliness, convenient location for getting around and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped with everything with all the necessary appliances and is an important added value for those like us traveling with two small children. The two bicycles available were the icing on the cake because they allowed us to forget about the car throughout the stay. Another note of merit Carlo's friendliness and availability, who in addition to offering us a welcome thought was always available even in small emergencies. We will definitely consider this home for our future trips to the area.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Perfect stay in a dream location! The apartment is beautiful, located in a building that has just been tastefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The terrace is wonderful, with an unparalleled view of Monte Conero: perfect for panoramic breakfasts or for relaxing at sunset. The location is ideal: very close to everything, but in a quiet area, perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of the area without sacrificing comfort. A special thank you to Roberto, a host who is always kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great cordiality and also made a convenient early check-in possible. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

the spaces perfectly match what is shown in the listing, convenient location in front of the sea of Porto Potenza Picena, with direct access to the underpass practically in front. The possibility of using the inner courtyard or in any case the space in front to park cars is very convenient. Very well cared for in detail, you can see that it has been recently arranged, equipped with all accessories, utensils, supplies including vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Both rooms have air conditioning, which is necessary as it is exposed to the sun at least until 2 pm in summer. We had a very good time, very helpful host, kind, responsive to any request or need. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

My partner's parents had a great time. The place is clean, the location is ideal for getting around downtown. The apartment has very good fixtures that protect from the noise coming from the nightclub nearby.
