Casa più che perfetta, come da descrizione. Pulizia al top. Non mancava nulla: dal doppio cambio delle salviette a qualsiasi attrezzo in cucina! Proprietari super gentili, disponibili e sempre presenti anche via telefono! Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti! Ci hanno coccolati come se fossimo di famiglia! Come dice Borghese Voto 10! Torneremo sicuramente

L'appartamento di Francesco è molto comodo e accogliente, l'ideale per trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza di relax a Porto Recanati. Situato in posizione strategica, permette di raggiungere con facilità la spiaggia, la passeggiata sul lungo mare e il centro del paese. Francesco è un host gentile, disponibile e discreto. Assolutamente consigliato.

Giuseppe è una persona seria,affidabile d attento ad ogni nostra esigenza,l appartamento è gradevole dotato di tutti i confort ,inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto il parco esterno con area fitness ,area relax ,campi da gioco e soprattutto la piscina e il suo fantastico Idro massaggio ....merita cinque stelle

Just a lovely experience from start to finish. A beautiful spot, a great apartment, gorgeous scenery, and the loveliest hosts you could hope for. Rafaella and Stefano were so kind and thoughtful - they there in a flash if we needed anything at all, and completely invisible if we didn't. We liked them so much, we wanted to hang out with them! Very highly recommended.

Wunderschöne und gepflegte Anlage im Landhaus-Styl. Die Lage und Aussicht ist herrlich. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und genau das richtige zum entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Host gentilissimi, comunicazione ottima, accoglienza amichevole e molta disponibilità. Casa pulita e come da descrizione. Comodi i parcheggi, facile spostarsi verso il centro anche a piedi con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti. Consiglio vivamente!

Un petit gîte adorable, très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est propre et accessible. Daniele et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement et conseillons également le restaurant (cuisine simple et délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix).

Roberto's place was perfectly located for my planned explorations in both Marche and Umbria.... His apartment was well appointed and equipped and Roberto was extremely personable, responsive and helpful. Grazie Roberto !

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Casa splendida e tranquilla, panorama stupendo e casa pulitissima e molto bella

Ein wunderschön renoviertes, altes Haus in ruhiger aber zentralen Lage in den Marken, mitten im Castelli di Jesi-Gebiet, umgeben von Sonnenblumenfeldern, Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. In den nahegelegenen Orten gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, zu Essen und Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Besonders beruhigend war für uns die Möglichkeit, unser Elektroauto bei Bedarf direkt am Haus laden zu können, obwohl es in allen Orten auch öffentliche Lademöglichkeiten gibt. Während unseres Sommeraufenthalts haben wir die Klimatisierung in den Schlafzimmern sehr geschätzt. Die Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, da es in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken gibt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Insektengitter an den Fenstern und Türen. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber für ein Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich könnte noch ein wenig gemütlicher gestaltet werden – ein Sofa oder Sessel wären hier eine schöne Ergänzung. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Giampaolo e Marina host super gentili , posto bellissimo con un panorama mozzafiato, ambienti ampi puliti e un giardino esterno dove cenare sotto le stelle con ulivi magnifici. Se volete visitare un piccolo borgo del marchigiano e rilassarvi questo è un posto ideale.

Il locale lo abbiamo trovato perfettamente pulito e come da descrizione. Anzi arredato con stile praticamente nuovo e tenuto bene. Tutto come da quanto Silvia ha messo nero su bianco sulla presentazione. Ero preoccupato per il passaggio del treno ma i serramenti sono nuovi e molto efficienti per cui il rumore non crea problemi. Sia io e mia moglie abbiamo il sonno leggero e non è mai stato un problema. Siamo vicini alla spiaggia, a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ingresso autonomo, al piano terra, riscaldamento a pavimento....molto confortevole e con davanti parcheggio libero e gratuito dell'auto. Comodissimo! Silvia è sempre stata super disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Ottima Host. Nessun problema con lei. Grazie

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to main centre of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. Annarita and her family are very gracious and helpful hosts and they speak perfect English too. The apartment was immaculate and exactly how described. Plenty of free parking for our hire car too. We highly recommend this airbnb and look forward to returning again one day. Thankyou Annarita for making our stay in Ascoli so wonderful.

Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Appartamento ristrutturato con cura, buona posizione ed in zona tranquilla. Facilità di parcheggio. Il mare è vicinissimo!
